Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Critical: Communication, QualityI had my first hot stone couples massage yesterday. The service was not worth the price we paid, and they suggested us to leave a 20% tip, which I believe they did not deserve. However, despite the fact that the staff was aware that it was my first time ever getting a massage, they did not advise me to remove all of my jewelry, and as a result, the massager scratched my new ring. I had my first hot stone couples massage yesterday. The service was not worth the price we paid, and they suggested us to leave a 20% tip, which I believe they did not deserve. However, despite the fact that the staff was aware that it was my first time ever getting a massage, they did not advise me to remove all of my jewelry, and as a result, the massager scratched my new ring. It is abhorrent to claim that you walk out of that room having paid $340 and received nothing except further damage.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI cannot express enough how much I love this place. First of all, the second I walked in I felt like it was all about me. The front staff made me feel extremely welcomed and special. On top of that, my services were phenomenal. I first came here back in November to celebrate my friend’s birthday and received a facial and a massage. I was offered the membership package and declined, but it wasn’t until March that I came back because for the following 5 months after my first time, I could not stop thinking about how wonderful my time was (and how much I missed it!!). Today, I bought my membership with them and I cannot be happier. These people have taught me how important it is to treat myself, and after seeing Amber eliminate my redness after my sensitive skin facial, I honestly am just amazed with this group of therapists / esthetician’s from Rochester. I can’t wait to come back for my monthly facials and massages. You guys are absolutely incredible!! Thank you thank you thank you!♥️I cannot express enough how much I love this place. I cannot express enough how much I love this place. First of all, the second I walked in I felt like it was all about me. The front staff made me feel extremely welcomed and special. On top of that, my services were phenomenal. I first came here back in November to celebrate my friend’s birthday and received a facial and a massage.
