I had never had a massage before and I was a little nervous. My friend had given me a gift card for the introductory. It took me almost a year to book it. Finally, I did it. It was the most amazing experience. My masseuse was male, I hadn’t chosen specifically, Scott. He talked me through the whole process, talked about anatomy, the kind of massage he was going to perform, answered all of my questions, and gave me a great rundown of how everything was to go. It was one of the most relaxing and amazing experiences of my life. When I left, I was euphoric. I went shopping and kind of staggered around a little after, just loopy from the experience. It was intense, and a couple of things hurt, but 1000% worth every penny and moment. I will be returning soon!!!

I went for my first massage with Michelle which did a fabulous job and I even signed up for a membership that same day! Unfortunately my one star review is for Hand and Stones customer service. I booked my next appointment that day before leaving, on the day I was supposed to come back I had called to verify as I never received a reminder of the appointment, they told me I was not in the books for that day and so I had to reschedule my appointment. Finally I received a reminder about my next appointment went in and was not loving the massage therapist I was assigned to, breath was horrible and spent my full hour on my neck and shoulders. I then went to the front and asked to cancel my membership and was told I had one more billing cycle before they could cancel me. So frustrated about having to pay another month for horrible service but I booked my last appointment for December 23 at 4pm. Still never received a reminder so I called today and once again I wasn’t on the books! I told her this is twice I scheduled in person and they didn’t have me down! She apologized said she was the manager and would be happy to comp my next appointment I told her I was supposed to be canceled after this appointment and to comp my last payment and we will skip the massage. She then said she couldn’t do that but could comp my massage and use my credit for another service or enhancement. How does that make any sense??? Just gotta get that last $69 from me I guess!! Don’t waste your time…find a independent therapist!!

We had gift card here so I decided to use it on my birthday. I do a lot of heavy duty work so I really needed a good massage and relaxation. I booked the Salt Himalayan salt massage and added stones for whatever reason they decided to change my massage and give whatever one they felt like doing at the time . I was so disappointed. They ended giving a general full body massage but the Masseuse didn’t even massage my feet. I told her my problem areas she wasn’t attentive to them. All I’m all it was a disaster. We normally go to the wood house and I definitely regret not going . Especially for my birthday.

I had my introductory massage this afternoon with no intentions of buying into the membership deal. Michelle did an outstanding job, was personable and professional. My experience was amazing! There was no high pressure sales at checkout, Zach simply told me about their membership deal and I jumped at the chance to be spoiled once a month. My body is a bit sore, but in a good way. I can not wait for my next massage.

When, I drop my girlfriend off and waited for her massage to finish, she finally came out and expressed to me that the service for the massage given was terrible and make her very upset. I do not remember by clinicians name but it was for me a terrible massage. The hot stones felt good but instead of slow movements to relax and get the knots out, I felt like she was buffing a car and had a time limit she moved so fast it was impossible to relax. Waste of time and money.
