Would not recommend this place if you like keeping appointments. Constantly canceling appointments for massages. My wife works in the medical field and is lucky to get the time off to pamper herself and they cancel her appointments VERY frequently. The 1 time I called and set an appointment for a specific day and got a reminder text for a completely different day and only 1 of the 2 services requested. When my wife is done with her massage and facial she is never amazed she comes home and says its just OK service. I tried to cancel service and the person on the phone hung up multiple times. I tried 2 different phones on my end to make sure it wasn’t my phone but was hung up on again. This place was 4 stars a year ago but it has not impressed us since the first few visits; but were willing to give it time to improve or figure things out. This place is a complete train wreck now.

Very disappointed to have to write this review. I’ve been a loyal, happy customer here for years. I had to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency and at the time the staff were very understanding and explained that because of the circumstances they would waive the cancellation fee. I ended up being charged the cancellation fee and have made multiple attempts to speak with someone but am being ignored. I’m going to miss going here!

I had a massage and facial. The massage was great. The facial was very disappointing. She applied several lotions and wiped them off. She didn’t evaluate my skin or massage with any pressure points at all. She basically “tickled” my face. I asked about blackheads, whiteheads, acne ect. but she told me that they were not allowed to break skin. Well what’s the point of a facial? I have never received such a disappointing and useless facial.

Would not recommend this place for facial. Not sure about other aestheticians, but Crystal who did my facial finished my facial 10mins earlier taking into account that she was late to take me in! I had a lot of facials in the past and I can definitely assure you there is just lack of experience. She rubbed my face on the same spot for like 20 mins which was not pleasant at all after getting all that exfoliation. Right before she had to put mask on my face she asked me to touch my face and see how it feels, this is just not hygienically right. My face looked exact the same way walking out of that door as when I came in. Very disappointed. I feel like 145$ were thrown away for nothing.

I asked for the introductory hot stone massage. They booked me in fast which was good. I had to fill out paperwork, had to wait for them to get me and that took 15 mins by the time I was laying down waiting for the massage.
