Whew!!! What a birthday gift! From the time I walked in, I was treated like royalty. Greeted with a smile and any questions were answered softly and in completion. The facility is very clean. The atmosphere is fitting to the brand and welcoming. To top it off, my MT, Jeanine, was so attentive to each area that needed extra attention. She took her time and made me feel brand new. Thank you for getting through all my knots and stress. Best massage ever!!!!!

I’ve been here 2 times for facials and twice for a massage. I think the facility is clean/ plush and the staff is lovely. The reason for my low rating is that I’ve been experiencing neck pain and stiffness since my massage in late February. The staff did attempt to undo the damage from the first massage, but I am still experiencing discomfort and pursuing medical help.

I would not give them even one star. This people totally unprofessional, esthetician did not know what she was doing, I paid so much money for my facial, and it was the worst facial I ever had. I want my money back. I would not recommend Hand and stone massage in Woodmere to anybody.

I prices were great. My facial tech did an excellent job, although the room was cold. The body massage given by another tech was lackluster. She didn’t do my hands and feet like I’m accustomed to. However it still was an enjoyable experience.

I’ve been to this location several times and will continue coming back. Each massage therapist has been attentive to my needs, as I have a physically repetitive and strenuous career. Professional, kind, and gave a very peaceful atmosphere. Scheduling has never been an issue, just make sure you’re scheduling in advance.

I came here for a massage as a treat from my mother in law. Oh my goodness!! What can i say, other than if you are lucky to get an appointment (they book up fast) you MUST ask for Ashley! She has the magic hands. I have chronic back and neck pain, have gone to other places for massages, but those hands of hers put just the right amount of pressure where i needed it most to feel amazing relief! I loved the calm, peaceful atmosphere, staff was very pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t think of anything negative about the experience at all. I will definitely come back.

All of my massages were wonderful. However, I’ll never go back. The towels that were used for my facial, were smelly & disgusting. I wanted to wash my face with my shirt afterwards. The new “receptionist” is horrible. I don’t even feel like speaking on how clueless & unprofessional she is. ~

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI visit the salon with a friend for her birthday. I booked an introductory facial with foot treatment as well as massages. The amenities were not up to my expectations. The sheets and blankets felt worse than hospital grade. The facial techincian was pleasant and professional. However, at the end of my facial she left the room and came back ten minutes later stating that she could not find the massage tech. I was asked to sit in another room until she could locate her. The flip flops that were distributed with the robe prior were disgusting and looks worn and dirty. While I waited, I decided to visit the restroom. I asked a male employee who was standing outside a room as to the location. He did not verbally respond he only pointed in a direction. No smile, no salutations…it was creepy. The massage tech was professional when they found her. Friendliness was not her strong suit. I was not impressed at all. I have visited many salons. After my friend and I left. I asked her about her foot treatment that was scheduled in addition to the massage. We concluded that I did not get the additional service but I was charged for it. I called the spa and they apologize. Live and learn. It was not worth the $530.00 spent that day. I have yet to check to see if the spa submitted a refund for the neglected service.
