I recently had a massage and a facial. Both of my services were wonderful! My massage therapist was very attentive to what I needed focus work on and my esthetician customized the facial perfectly according to the skin concerns that I had told her about during the consultation. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

I actually went in for a massage and wasn’t very satisfied at first with it but went back and forth on saying something to the massage for over 2 weeks. I decided to contact the manager and he made me feel much better about the whole situation. I own my own businesses and I completely understand stuff happens and the manger there went above and beyond what he needed to do or what I myself would ever even be able to do. I honestly don’t know how he was able to make happen happen during a recession. I would highly recommend this location and the manger and the women who did my deep tissue I can’t honestly remember her name unfortunately but she did a great job as well. But I was mostly impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this location and the manger for making things work somehow during difficult times! Thanks again!

I scheduled a massage and filled out all the forms prior to my appointment stating that I was pregnant. Nobody reached out to me about anything regarding my pregnancy. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and the receptionist stated she knew I filled out the forms online and my therapist would be out shortly. At 10 o clock at my appointment time the therapist came out and told me he was not prenatal certified and could not give me a massage, which wasn’t his fault because he was not able to look at the intake form before. But the receptionist never looked over my forms seeing that I was pregnant and they said they could not give me a massage though I carved out time on this day for it and could not come back an out her time. They offered me nothing but to come back another day, no apologies for their lack of professionalism handling the situation and not looking at my intake form. I will not be going back there for any of my needs because of their carelessness. And I totally understand they would need a prenatal therapist for me, but I was unaware because I did my due diligence and filled out the intake forms days before my appointment. Very disappointed.

Front desk staff are excellent. Management is so kind. I’m pregnant and they have two therapist who do prenatal, Dorothy is awesome and can really focus on your underlying issues and areas of pain, Endia is amazing and purely a relaxing thorough massage. I recommend this massage to anyone looking to relax and unwind!

I’ve tried going to this location multiple times and each time has been a pretty bad experience. During my last massage my therapist kept blowing their nose without washing their hands in-between. I definitely recommend the Oakley location over this one. I’ve had multiple good experiences at the Oakley location but this one is consistently bad.

The atmosphere of this place is peaceful and tranquil. I have been a client of Dorothy for a few years now, having seen her at her previous place of employment, and followed her to Hand & Stone. As a healthcare provider, I am on my feet upwards of 14 hours per day and few LMTs are able to get to source of my pain and discomfort as well as she can. She has always been attentive and respectful and extremely observant. As soon as I walk in she knows what my problem area is just by observing how I walk. I have limited experience with the other LMTs at Hand and Stone, but I know they are professional and competent. I highly recommend H&S and plan to be a long-term client.
