I am a member of hand and stone for years. I have been to this location many many times and enjoyed their service. However- look what I found from my recent visit. It looked so dirty! Now I am worried about the dirt and bacteria they put on my face using those tools. I will do massage only, no more facial (they do have good massage)

I got a massage here a few days ago and while my massage wasn’t amazing, the rest of my experience was! The girls at the front desk were so incredibly sweet and helpful. The spa was very clean and professional. My massage therapist was also nice and super accommodating. Next time, I will book with a more experienced therapist, but all in all, a good experience.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! Today’s experience was horrendous. So here the breakdown..THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! Cryoskin facial. 120 rushed treatment. No cleansing before facial. 20 minutes if that! When you combine with another treatment..another rip off ….points, deception, lies incompetent front desk and complete morons. They combine services think less time) for you, heavy selling, don’t care you’re a member, rude, minimum wage front desk yelling at customers LMFAOROF. I’ll never go again. Long time member. They can go to hell. Eff the owner too.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at the Hand and Stone in Windermere. They are all friendly and professional. But what truly sets this location apart for me is my superstar massage therapist, Jen G. I have disc herniation in the neck and back, shoulder issues, leg stiffness…you name it. I always (ALWAYS) leave better than when I arrived. Jen knows precisely the right trigger points to unravel my knots and improve my mobility. I book way ahead each month because she is so popular. I do know, however, that this location has a reputation for top talent across the board. You just can’t go wrong here.

Although I had a few issues with my experience that resulted in a negative review initially, the manager called me after receiving my email to help resolve them. Excellent customer service. She helped find potential therapists that would be more suited for me and I feel that she actually wanted and appreciated any feedback i have about my visit. I will visit again.

The staff is great and the establishment is run incredibly well. Amy and Brittany do a fantastic job with the front desk staff like Anna who communicate so well and always ask and respond to your feedback. There massage therapists are top notch too… Mel, Deandra, and Jennifer are who I prefer to see but they are all great and the place is really incredible. I’ve even gotten facials there. Being a trainer and an athlete I really have specific needs with my recovery/massage work and they always listen and typically deliver 100% of the time. Can’t say enough about this place. Amy and Brittany do a fantastic job with the front desk staff like Anna who communicate so well and always ask and respond to your feedback. Website and facility advertises a 60-min massage, however it is only about a 50-min massage. This is bait and switch if you ask me. Need to change their advertising to reflect a more accurate time which is a 50 min massage. If I am paying for an hour I want the full hour.

Unfortunately she left recently and I deceived to have my monthly facial anyways with someone new. I should’ve canceled as soon as Kristen left. The woman that did my facial took me in late, did not communicate what she was putting on my face, decided to start popping “blemishes” that I know I did not even have, digging into my skin without asking/telling me, was very agressive in the way she handled all of her supplies, and even ended EARLY after taking me late. I asked the desk to pass on any of Kristen’s information, an email at least, and they couldn’t (which is understandable), but I canceled my membership immediately after. I am so disappointed. This was by far the most unrelaxing and uncomfortable spa experience I have ever had.I have been going to this location for about 5 months and have loved every facial I had with Kristen.
