I would NEVER recommend this establishment to ANYONE who values good customer service. My husband and I did the couples massage package today (the massage therapist were great) and my husband accidentally left his Apple Watch in the room. He went back in and they were down right rude (especially Kathy, the store “manager”. Kathy also refers to herself as the store owner, entirely.) While my husband didn’t want any trouble he sent me in at 2:00 to retrieve the watch for him, as he didn’t want to be treated badly again and thought they may respond differently to a female. I went in recording on my phone. The video that I recorded shows Kathy’s face and her yelling at me telling me to leave her store and never come back, without me raising my voice. She says she wants to tell me her side of the story, after she just said that she has only caught the tail end of it. I will post the video on google, as it does not allow me to on here. The receptionist staff was extremely unapproachable and unprofessional. You can see for yourself in the video I recorded of the entire conversation. It will be on google reviews shortly, as well as yelp. Thank you Kathy, for ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing day KISSIMMEE LOCATION- great massages, worst customer service of my life.

I had a facial with Unique and she was excellent and very prepared knowing I had sensitive skin. The facial itself was very nice and I did really notice a difference the next day. The full price is a little expensive for a regular one hour facial (they do a membership) but I was happy with the one hour first customer offer.

I came in for for a couples massage today. Left my watch. Upon returning to ask for it i was met with a be lilting attitude before i got any deeper into it with the receptionist i asked to speak to the manager. She came out not knowing the situation but greeting herself with the same attitude the receptionist had. I had just spent over 360 dollars and as i had already paid they felt free to talk to me like a complete piece of trash. I was understanding about the situation as i figured maybe the session could not be interrupted so i presented maybe the possible solution for them of just mailing me my watch. Kathy the Magee was reluctant then agreed quote “if my watch was still there. I had literally just walked out cashed out and my watch WAS still pinging in the room. Never in my life had i been treated like this. Don’t come here unless you don’t want your kindness to be reciprocated.

I wouldn’t recommend getting the membership with this location. I had to cancel my membership due to my schedule and other conflicts. I called to schedule my last in service and they mentioned I had a 90 day period to book my last session. Unfortunately no one tells you that when you are canceling. The lady on the phone was rude and wasn’t helpful at all. They only treat you nice if you are an active member.

I’ve been a member for over a year at this location. They charge me 59.95 for my membership, and I just notice they charge 69.95 for the month of July, without letting me know first before taking the money out of my account. I called this morning to speak to them about the fact that they took the money out of my account without my acknowledgment, the manager was rude towards me. I proceed, to let her know that I wanted to cancel my membership and she asked for another payment before canceling, which I then responded with the fact that that was not happening. Which she then proceeds to hang up on me. Please don’t go to this location.

DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU! Zero commitment with customer! I booked my massage for Tuesday and then they put a male therapist to me even though in my profile says only female therapist. Then, they rebooked for 2 days after and offered me “an upgrade service” . Again, I was there and…. AGAIN they failed! I checked in with someone at the front desk, apparently all good. Then I asked for my upgrade service they promised, and they let me choose. “Sr. You’re all set, just wait the therapist “. So I was sitting there waiting 20 MINUTES. And NOBODY SHOWED UP! I talked to the front desk and for my SURPRISE she asked me if I had book it for today… WHATTTT?!? After they found my information on the system, the lady said: “I am sorry but your therapist was not feeling well and couldn’t come to work today. We tried to call you and left a message “

My wife and I each had a membership here prior to COVID (So, 2x memberships!). We each paid $69 monthly into separate accounts ($138/mo) with the understanding that the “packages” we purchased each month would not expire and we could use them in future months. For the 1st year of COVID, we continued paying our monthly subscription without getting any services, thinking that when the time comes we would be able to enjoy A LOT of extra massage time. At the end of 2020, however, we realized that we had several hundred dollars banked up at Hand and Stone and were continuing to amass funds that we weren’t using. So, we called Hand and Stone and asked them to please stop charging us until we were able to resume using their services.
