I received a Hot Stone massage from Josie and needless to say I will not be going with any provider again. Have been a client of hand and stone for many years. I have been treated very well here. I have seen many good massage therapists during this time. The only issue I have was having to fill out paperwork in the room before the massage which takes away time from the massage. I wish this could be done online before coming to the spa. The front staff is very helpful and friendly. I do recommend them. The Himalayan salt stone massage is great!

April is awesome. I can count on her to provide an excellent massage week in and week out. Strong pressure as needed (not painful) and she really takes care of any of my problem areas when needed. As someone that travels every week, she can be relied on for her consistency and in taking good care of me each visit.

This is my second time dealing with the Clermont location. My first time was after I received a welcome to Clermont advertisement in the mail and called to try to schedule a massage and was informed they were booked at least 3 weeks out. This time I went online and scheduled a massage, had to fill out many forms and provide payment information in case I didn’t show and then they sent me a text at 9:20 pm to cancel my appointment for 12:45pm the following day. I had to agree that if it was less than 24 hours before my appointment and I canceled that I would be charged for half. They better not even think about charging me or it will get ugly. I don’t believe I will be attempting to use there services in the future.

With several attempts and poor experiences, I would give it zero stars but that’s not an option. The receptionist at the front desk this morning took about five minutes to acknowledge my presence, I was only guest in there. There’s been several issues since I’ve been going here no AC, musty, smell, rude receptionist, terrible massage therapist and if you do find a good one the appointment availability is very limited. If someone can reach out to me immediately, I would like to cancel, and be refunded for all of my subscriptions to this place never return

TL;DR: Andrew is the best masseuse Ive had in over 20 years of pretty regular massage. I have not shut up about him to any and everyone who need a massage. Its intense, but oh so worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

Haley did a wonderful facial for me. I asked for a one hour basic facial. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I did but sat in the waiting area 20 minutes. Haley came and got me and had me fill out the paperwork in the facial room. Once that was done I laid down face up on a heated lounger which was heavenly! She mentioned an upgrade that was $80 extra if I wanted but I just wanted a regular facial. She told me what all she was doing and my face looked radiant in the end. I did want to mention my actual facial was 35 minutes total. It does state in the fine print that 10 minutes of paid time is consultation. I talked to a girl at the checkout who told me about there monthly wellness plan , I probably would have joined if it weren’t for the high pressure employee next to her cutting into our conversation. A couple seats in the waiting area were quite worn , makes a first impression not the best.

The Clermont location are liars! I have been a member of the Windermere location for four years with no issues, only wonderful service. So I was extremely disappointed that the Clermont location lied in order to coerce my boyfriend into agreeing to extra packages beyond our time constraints, causing me to WAIT FOR AN HOUR! When I questioned the store manager, Karolyn Alim-Astillero, she ADMITTED to lying.

Susan was great, I would give her 5 starts.. but I would give 0 start to this place, they don’t change the sheets after each client, the sheets were yellow ish and smell like an expired oil same for the oil the used on me. I would not recommend this place at all.
