I typically get an hour long massage once a month and this is by far the best hour of my month every month; I wish I could go in once a week. I typically select a random massage therapist and I have been satisfied with every single one so far. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you are relaxed. The background music is calming, the lighting in the room is dimmed and perfect, and the sheets are warm. I have the best, most relaxing experience every single time I come here and cannot wait to go back!

I have been a Hand and Stone member for a couple years now and I am a big fan! The location is super convenient, clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My therapist is AMAZING, and the staff always works with me to get appointments with her on short notice. A don’t typically endorse memberships but, as I said, I’ve been a member here for a few years with no regrets!

I came here for the first time for a facial and it was probably the worst facial I’ve ever received. The wet facial towels weren’t in the warmer long enough so they were still cold. The massage was a joke. No shoulder, scalp, or foot massage which is usually standard with every other facial I’ve ever received. The massage portion was basically lightly rubbing the sides of my neck and a quick hand/arm massage. Everything is an upcharge here as well. A facial that includes extractions is $20 more than the basic facial which is usually standard with all facials. If you’re looking for a relaxing facial, this is not it. I would not recommend.

I’ve been a member at this location for a year. For the first 7 months, I had a great experience. But these last 5 months, this location has consistently had problems. They’ve included: double-booking my therapist so my appointment was cancelled, forgetting my requested hot stone add-on, concluding my massage 10 minutes early, and canceling my massage because my therapist left. My boyfriend has also had repeated issues with these same matters.

I paid for a deep tissue massage. I got an over priced Swedish…. I asked for more presser and received it for just only for a few seconds. I stopped asking because I got tired of not getting it. The message felt very lazy. I asked for below my knee to be to touched, she did my feet and both side of my leg…. not what I paid for… when I would say that was a spot I needed time one she wouldn’t stay long. My blood pressure is higher after paying for this. This is the worst deep tissue message I’ve ever had. And i used to be an LMT. Everyone was Profesional. I just didn’t get what I paid for. The therapist simply didn’t listen to my needs. It felt like I paid for whatever the therapist wanted to do. Complete waste of money. I wish I could get my money back. Because that wasn’t worth the $140 I dished out for a 90min deep tissue.
