Everyone here is very professional as well as kind and engaging. Everything is clean but made to feel cozy rather than purely clinical. Johnny is my usual massage therapist and his hands are magic. I’ve had facials with Lydia (I think?) and she’s great. They don’t try to upsell you or push products but will tell you what they’re using if you ask. Spend the extra $10 for mini hot stones with your massage. Worth it!

The staff are completely unprofessionl. I stopped in to buy a gift card only to be met by three stooges. One with multicolored hair. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Asked for a list of their services to determine how much I should add to the card only for stooge #1 to turn her back and chuckle. Hesitantly spent $300. I will encourage others to try the other locations or another company. This place reaks of trailer park ignorance who think they have as much class and intellect as the burgeoning professionals that live in the newer surrounding communities.

Wonderful massage therapist here. My husband and I have been coming for almost 12 months now and we both have monthly massages. The prepaid option works fabulous for us! The lovely ladies behind the counter are extremely efficient and the therapists are phenomenal! We are truly grateful for Hand and Stone. I am quite particular about therapists and was hesitant to come to a chain; however, I am so grateful we had a gift certificate as it is definitely an incredible, authentic massage therapist space!

Never having had a massage before, I was nervous and had NO idea what I was doing or what to expect. I was scheduled with Daisy and right off the bat she made me feel so comfortable and was patient with me. If you’re looking for someone who is amazing at their career, puts her heart into every single appointment, and has one of the best personalities I’ve ever come across then she is your girl! I quickly signed up for the membership, as did my fiancé, and we both couldn’t be happier with their services. I make sure I book every 4-5 weeks(with Daisy of course) and I look forward to my visit more and more every single time I go. The ladies at the front desk are always the absolute sweetest and the manager is amazing as well. I know several people who go to this location and we all agree that they rock!
