Do not go to the Davenport location, make the trek to winter haven! My mother in law purchased a gift card and made an appointment here for my wife’s birthday weekend. When they went today there was no appointment in their system. Instead of fixing the issue, they kept insisting that my mother in law was wrong and did not make an appointment. When they asked for a refund they said gift cards are not refundable and that they will contact their manager and it may take up to 2 weeks. My wife and mother in law were both sad and infuriated for the rest of the day. We called the winter haven location and they were super helpful unlike the Davenport location and they were able to fix the issue.

I guess if you’re getting a massage for yourself it’ll get the job done but definitely not as a gift. We got my husband a hour swedish massage and added on 4 services to make his Father’s Day more enjoyable. When we arrived the girl in the front was so LOUD!!! Then I was told he couldn’t add on so many services even though it allows you to online. Plot twist those services also cut into the hour of the massage time so your paying extra but not getting extra time. Definitely not a place I’d spend my money again.

This place is the definition of professionalism!!! They are so nice as soon as you step in the door, the place is so calming and clean. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms in the whole world I SWEARRR!!! This place is awesome. It was my first time getting a massage and although I didn’t get my masseuses name she was so amazing and nice, but anyways I was instantly hooked and signed up for a membership!! I recommend this place HIGHLY!!!
