This massage studio has some decent therapists and is a pleasant environment, with nice people working at the front desk. I have always been treated politely here. However, my personal experience was most of my massages lasted only 40 minutes and, with the recent price increase, now cost $80 for deep tissue. That’s the same rate as $120 for an hour-long massage. It made no financial sense for me to continue being a member.

I enjoy coming here. Even though my massage wasn’t the best, everyone has bad days and my therapist that day may have had one. It doesn’t take away from how kind everyone has been during my 6 months of business with them. I never expect perfection. The staff and manager were very thoughtful and attentive to my expressions.

Multiple staff members making fun of clients at the front desk in front of other potential clients. My “Hour” massage barely even 40 minutes long. Honestly a rip off because I paid for only 2/3rds of the massage I was supposed to receive. My therapist was also slightly rude & sarcastic. Sarcasm just isn’t professional or fun to deal with when you’re trying to unwind. Decent place if you want to ensure you’re going to be in a clean, calm environment for a massage though.

What a racket this place is. I went with the monthly plan for $60. After 3 massages I still couldn’t find a masseuse using the techniques I prefer. I prefer they use their hands and thumbs more instead of their arms for the entire massage. No biggie, just my preference so I cancelled . They told me I would be charged one more month which is greedy in my opinion but I agreed as I didn’t have much choice because they had my card on file and we’re gonna charge regardless. I figured since I’m paying anyway I’ll take the last massage but on that day I had work come up so I cancelled and told them to keep the $60. So they did and also charged my card an additional $29. Pretty scammy and deceitful. Poor business practices to say the least. So I checked my card history and found additional charges of $29, billings of the $60 monthly twice a month some months. If you like the massages here I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DONT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. There are many other choices for massages in the area who don’t rip me off and practice with integrity and honesty.

I started a monthly membership here and it’s absolutely worth every penny. I dont select a specific person when I go, enjoying all the massages I’ve had so far. All the employees are nice, and the various add ons they have are wonderful. I have only disliked the scalp massage so far, but have tried all the add ons currently available. I highly recommend this location and would advise getting the monthly membership to save money!

Scammed…. I called and made appointments for 2 massages and 2 facials for myself and daughter after confirming that I’d be paying the intro prices of $89 and $69 since neither of us had been there before. I was told yes. Checked my bank statement and was charged full price for everything except one facial for just one person. I called and they said I only get one intro price since it’s on one credit card. $590 lesson learned. Very misleading and will not be going back…..I’m not sure if this place has an automated response to reviews but I’ve already called TWICE about it just to confirm the prices I was charged and did not have resolution to my issue.

This review is for my sister who went in for a facial with a girl named Ashley. This girl gave my sister a microderm abrasion facial, let me tell you she literally almost scraped her skin off and left visible damage to her skin. When working with someone who has aged skin one must know what they are doing. Get more training Ashley. My sister won’t ever go back here again

I’d suggest looking elsewhere. It is literally impossible to get an appointment unless you book weeks to months out. They charge an extra fee for a deep tissue massage on top of the 69 dollar a month membership fee, making a single massage at membership level 79 dollars. If you want a Saturday or Sunday appointment, good luck.
