Almost the entire time I was getting a facial the girl talked about all her personal issues. Hello, we come to places like this to relax not to hear about your issues cause trust me, we all have them. Not to mention my face got burnt by the products she was using. I believe it’s because the scraping she did, maybe to deep? Either was I don’t feel like it was worth the money for an amateur. Times are tight and hard for some I get it but at least find someone who can get the job done, One preferably that doesn’t talk about her carpal tunnel the whole time.

Bought a membership, and have been very unsatisfied. Both times I’ve had issues, the first time I didn’t get a hand or foot treatment I requested in my appointment. They took it off my bill, but that doesn’t change the fact I showed up and didn’t get what I was originally paying for. Now I go for a second time, and my masseuse isn’t even there. Waited 15 minutes, but I have other things to do today. Was told that I would have a notation in my account for a free foot treatment or something of the sorts, but the last time I showed up I didn’t even get the one I was paying for. This place seems very unprofessional.

Isabella is the best for facials and Maria and Katie are good for massages. I would pick Katie for just a regular massage and Maria if you wanted a sports injury or post exercise massage.

This was my first visit. Melissa, the manager, was kind and very thorough with my orientation. Katie, the massage therapist, was sweet and the massage was wonderful. The facility is lovely and well-appointed.

I’m frustrated because I used to love this hand and stone location and even considered getting a membership, however, I recently booked and tried to reschedule. I called the studio three times and left a message 48 hours in advance of my service because we had contractors working at our house and they projected they’d need to be there on The day I booked. They “couldn’t find” my voicemail and even though I provided evidence of my phone calls on the exact day and time through email they still wanted to charge me $34.95 for a missed appointment. The only reason I gave them two stars is because Melanie is the best aesthetician. She is amazing. However, the way the front desk “Corena” handles business after saying she’ll call back but never does is very unprofessional. She did this twice and I had to return the call both times. I will use South Tampa Hand and Stone or Carrollwood from here on out.

If you’re going for a facial, go to Isabella. She is very knowledgeable, answers all your questions and is so nice. The facial massage she does is amazing. Highly recommend her.

Facial.was Ok, had better. No explanation of products she was going to used. NO extraction and lasted less than an hour for a $80.00 GIFT voucher. Definitely not worth it.

I was really impressed with the experience and the professionalism. The quality was also noticeable. My only slight knock was that they are more expensive than the competition particularly on their packages. And I’m not a fan of upselling during the service.
