Some of the therapist are ok some really bad. But the thing that gets you most is the 45 minute massage when it’s gone from 60 min to 50 min but they really only give you 40 to 45 min. Does it kill their business that bad to give the full 60 min? No it wouldn’t. Stingy in all areas and bad massages. That’s tough to run a biz that way. Massages aren’t even a value anymore..m especially that you can pay 5 or 10 more at other places and actually get a full hour and experienced therapists. You guys got give somewhere. Seems greedy and bad customer care.

My wife had called the night before for an early appointment the next day. Appointment was made for what we thought was 8am. It was actually 8pm. Problem is we have a 7:15 p.m flight. The issue is when my wife was making the appt. She had specified the time constraints. When she called to cancel they wouldn’t allow for the mistake made saying they would charge her card for canceling day of. I know losing one customer doesn’t mean anything to this one location or the person my wife spoke to. It does to us and now we will not be doing any further business with Hand and Stone.

Eugene is awesome and the front desk girls are super nice! I was nervous about having a male massage therapist but he was very professional and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also told him my problem areas and he did not disappoint with relieving the pressure. Book with him!

Immediately when the door to the rooms opened I could smell the mold coming from the carpet. I had a 9am appointment. I was brought back at 9:04. After talking for a minute I changed and proceeded with the massage. He never massaged my neck and he was done-at 9:50. So I paid for 1 hour but only received 45 minutes. I got off the table and looked in the corner and 6 “ going up the wall was spots of black mold. You need to pull up carpet and deep clean your space and teach your therapist to give an hour massage

Had THE BEST massage with Mackenzie. 90 min hot stone massage I walked In with sciatica and told Mackenzie about the pain. I limped in…..I could’ve cartwheeled out. It’s been over a week and I am still pain free. 10/10 will return to Mackenzie. She was professional, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I made my appointment based on exactly what my gift card was for and provided them with the card number over the phone to ensure it would be covered.I was told that she would look at my skin under a lens and then make a decision regarding which product was best suited for my face. Upon checking out I was told that my balance was $40 due to an upgraded facial. I stated that I was not informed of the upgrade prior to the service and would not have opted for the upgrade if I had been given this information. Several times I had a pulled muscle or shoulder and each time he was able to help me with it. If you’re going for a massage I definitely recommend him. You will not be disappointed.
