I think this is important to appreciate people for their professionalism. Natalia,the esthetician working at this location, is an expert in her field. Giving the right advice for the self-care routine at home and suggesting the correct skin care product for the specific skin condition made a big difference for the skin of my daughter and mine just for one week! Managers Elena and Jen, and also the front desk staff were very pleasant, polite, and helpful. Therapists are very happy with a new ‘Boss” who gave the spa a great makeover with a hospital-grade A/C system and added a new affordable top at the industry procedures. Bravo!

For my first time here I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service at this location. Me and my mom were scheduled for massages and unfortunately my moms masseuse had called out sick but Rebecca at the front desk was more than helpful and handled the situation with grace. I had a Himalayan hot stone massage with Lodus and she was absolutely amazing and and I will definitely be requesting her in the future. Great people and service here!

Since the beginning I felt welcomed, appreciated, care for … Jen in the front desk it’s been super helpful and makes sure I know all the promotions that they have , made sure I got a gift for “members appreciation week “ and Daniel it’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had , I went to other massage places in the past for many years but never encountered a therapist whit so much knowledge of the muscles and tendons in the human body and that makes him very effective when my neck muscles hurt and drive me crazy .

One of the worst experiences . The girls booked my appt received a txt and pre paid gift card . The girls mistakenly said they scheduled it for the wrong date , never charged the gift card . And then after being in the waiting room for 30 min left 10,000 earrings that were stolen. And when I asked if they could please check the footage they keep claiming Kelly Moore the owner can do that but won’t tell me her information. This place is a train wreck . I had one hour massage at Delray Beach,my experience was bad,instead of regular relaxation massage she used very light pressure. I didn’t last an hour but 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. Looks that the massage therapist was a practicing.
