Therapists are ok but don’t put in the effort and talk non stop. What happened to the checkbox that I don’t want them to talk and be silent. Massages and facials are not even 50 mins let alone an hour. Such a disappointment. Not worth going to this location. Other locations treat u a bit better.

I booked a massage for my sister and brother in law at the same time as a Christmas present. Received text messages and voicemails stating the exact same time until the very day of the appointment they decided to change one of them for an 1/2 later without consulting with us first. The unprofessionalism and embarrassment can not make up for this. Do not get a membership here if you don’t want your appointments interrupted last minute.

I was on a recurring membership with Hand & Stone for over a year. We gave the required 30 day cancellation notice in April. I signed the cancellation papers. I assumed that all was well but 2 months later found that I was still being charged. I called Hand & Stone. Apologized and said they would take care of it. In August I checked and saw that I had now been charged 3 times with no refund. I called several times speaking with Allison, who said I needed to talk with Audry. She apologized saying they would take care of it and send me an email to confirm. No email came.

Terrible experience. Renee was unprofessional . Tried going for a relaxing experience but it was clear they all only wanted to make money and upcharge services. When I declined upcharges services her mood completely changed and made for an awkward and not relaxing experience.
