I’ve been here twice and both times were amazing. Sarah was incredibly helpful and helped me schedule a session with the perfect massage therapist. Annetta was very skilled and definitely listened to what I had to say because I felt rejuvenated both times. Although I could not afford a membership, Sarah took the time to tell me all the benefits that come with one (which I will be getting once I am able to). Thanks for the great service from beginning to end.

I don’t even know where to begin. I have to say the beginning was incredible with the service from the staff. My massage started great but I was asked what my pain points were and mentioned my legs and neck. I received half a massage. My legs were never touched. When I left the pressure campaign to join was way to much. Especially bring not completely happy with massage. I wrote an e mail to the front staff with zero reply. I also completed a survey. One of the questions was did you want a call back, I replied yes but never received one. Such a shame. I waited two weeks to write this review. I was hoping this would of been resolved before writing this.

Tonight I had Cynthia for my facial and it was simply amazing. She gives such great advice, has been in skin for over 25 years, and makes you feel so relaxed. She takes pride in her work and making you feel beautiful. I’ll 100% book with her again. I’m so happy and feel so amazing!

Amazing staff! I was only visiting and they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute facial and massage for my last night in town. They did an amazing job! Staff was extremely friendly, and pleasant, without the fakeness. If I lived in town, I’d be a regular. 10/10 would go again!

While the massage therapists here are wonderful, the management here is disappointing. I used to be a member here until I moved and I did enjoy going here monthly. I came back this past weekend for a massage appointment and it was advertised that Hand and Stone was doing a Christmas in July special in which you can buy a giftcard for a 1 hour massage for $69.95 as a non-member versus paying the $140 regular non-member price. Nowhere on the terms and conditions does the special state that you cannot use the giftcard the same day of purchase, and once I went to checkout after receiving the massage, I was told that I cannot use the gift card same day of purchase and had to pay $140 versus $69.95…. DOUBLE the price. Very misleading, should be explicitly stated on the terms and conditions. These people do not care about their customers, only taking as much money as they can from you. Will not be returning.

I don’t do selfcare as frequently as I should, but decided to get a facial at the Fort Lauderdale location. Colette was my Esthetician and not only did she do a great job on my face, she gave me some invaluable tips for getting over my acne. Between her care and the great customer service I got from Sara Beth and Shayanne at the front desk, I ended up becoming a member! I actually look forward to my next facial with Colette and really liked the vibe in general!
