The location was clean and professional. However, when my husband asked for a deep tissue massage, they gave him a general relaxation one. He still had his muscle knots. He said that the therapist tried her best, during the hour and 1/2 massage. We were very disappointed.

Critical: CommunicationFront desk doesn’t pick up phone , overcharged me on first visit – I had to call a bunch of times to get the refund owed to me . Finally got that sorted out and today was booked a massage with a male therapist when I really wanted a female just to fit the availability they have … to be called and communicated that my appointment for today was for tomorrow as I was driving into the parking lot to park !!! Meaning the front desk staff completely messed up – it’s been over an hour and I have tried calling 11 times ! No answer – I work in spa facilities for over 9 years I understand staffing is still an issue due to covid – but the poorly managed front desk and training of the team is horrendous !! I paid for 90 minutes for a massage and received 60-65 minutes of a massage. Never trusted massage places for this reason. And customer service including the masseuse will come up with lies according to the time you arrived and the time you left. Arrival for us was 10:54am they stated we arrived at 11:02am and that wasn’t the case. Then they stated on the phone that departure was at 12:43pm when we had left the door at 12:27pm. Never coming back to this place again. This was our first time here.

Had a great massage with Yesenia. Her pressure was perfect. not too soft and not too deep. Definitely made me feeling like a whole new person. totally recommend! 🙂

I will say the masseuse Patricia was really good! However, these people are still living in 2020 where they make you wear a mask to get a massage. A massage is to relax, I think customers would like to breathe fairly. Not to mention that people get facials here so clearly those customers aren’t wearing masks. It’s the stupidity for me. They also cut the massage short every time. This is just some of the reasons I stopped my membership.

Number two when you call via phone you need to call 15+ times before they answer and tell you they NEVER have appointments. Lastly, when you do get up drive to the location and finally book an appointment over two weeks in advanced they cancel the day of. One time is acceptable but two and three times is NOT! They have canceled my facials and massages day of sometimes with less than an hours notice. Horrible customer service.
