unfortunately, very subpar massage with a therapist who just insulted me throughout my appt. when you enter the room the therapist usually asks what area of the body would you like them to focus on. i told her my lower back since i always have lower back pain. throughout the whole massage she didnt even touch my lower back.. so what was the point of asking me at the beginning?? the first 15 mins was just the therapist asking me personal questions and what i did for a living. then proceeded to shame the type of work i do. like ma’am, you massage people for a living making the bare min, worry about your career, not mine. then continued trying to set me up with her ‘single son’ after i told her i was married…. massages are meant for you to relax, not to be interrogated & insulted.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I went to their website and they had a promotional plan for first timers and I wanted to make q reservation for my girlfriend. The day she went the change her $200 plus almost another $100 to my card and on the website said that everything would be $150 I called the store to clarify the issue and no one answered the phone and I called in business hours sent and email to the company’s help service and I was completely ignored. Go somewhere else these people are thiefs

Lucia is wonderful! When I went in for my facial, my skin was super sensitive and inflamed. I was a complete wimp during the extraction process and Lucia was so sweet about it, reminding me to breathe and telling me when she was almost done, etc. It’s been a few days and my skin looks better than it has in a long time. No more blemishes! She didn’t try to sell me any specific products, like so many estheticians do, but she said I should be using oil-free moisturizers. I have been, and I can definitely tell a difference already.

Excellent! From the relaxing environment of the waiting room, to the Receptionists, to the Aestheticians, this place is GREAT. Offers a wide array of skin-care products for sale. Plenty of Parking, Handicap and not. Nearby restaurants and shops. Christine gives me facials and Lydia massages.

I booked a Swedish massage for one hour for the first time, and my appointment was at 5 PM on a Wednesday. I walked in at about 4:55 PM, and was called into the massage room at about 5:15PM after I completed my initial paperwork. The massage started about 5 minutes after that and then the masseuse advised me that I was done with my massage at 5:54 PM. I was pretty disappointed considering the massage was scheduled for one hour yet it was only about 40 minutes long by the time she started and finished. I will probably not come back again because it was not cheap and I expected the massage to actually be an hour like it was advertised.

She took the time to go over preferences and her hands are very strong and soft at the same time! She is truly a professional.
