So fist time having a massage in almost 12 years and fist timers ever having a facial. Let’s start with the massage. I had mine at 6pm and Wendy was my massage therapist, she was very sweet and me being a little nervous she seems to calm me down about the whole process. She asked me questions about my stressful areas and where I hold the most tension. During the process I can honestly say that she paid attention to every stressful spot on my body even places I didn’t know tension was being held. I Hidden for very smooth and soft and she was very gentle and strong in areas that she needed to be, if that makes sense. Overall I can’t wait to go back for my next massage I would definitely recommend getting a massage from hand and stone. Now with the facial I had no idea what to expect and no idea what I was going into I can’t remember who did my facial but she also did my eyebrows. She too was very sweet and made me feel like I have know who for sometime. She did a great job examining my skin ,asking questions and suggested an adequate upgrade for the session. No unlock the massage I do not see myself going to often for facial As I don’t think that I need it that often because I feel I need a massage more. But I would definitely go back to get the facial. Definitely try this place I can either get a massage or a facial for first time used to $59.99 . And then if you decided this is something that you can do monthly and sign up for the membership definitely worth it.

I had my first facial at this location with Aubrey and she was great. She was very sweet and provided me with the steps she was going to take after taking a look at my skin. She was very gentle with the extraction around my nose. I usually dread it but she made it quick and painless. I can’t wait to book another appointment!

Made and appointment for a hr and a half reflexology massage and waited for 15 mins to be taken to the room only to find out the therapist they booked me with didn’t offer what I needed. After wasting my time no compensation was made so I cancelled my membership after being a member for years!!!! Customer service here could use improvement. Instead of telling me they don’t know how this happened they should have attempted to come to a solution. I will be waiting to hear from the manager.

Service is exceptional, however, they advertise an hour massage or facial but you are getting 30-45 minutes only because of dress time and clean time. If I’m paying for an hour, I expect an hour of actual massage or facial.

I received a gift card for the “Exceptional Facial” for my birthday in October, and didn’t have a chance to use it until a month ago. My husband booked a day and time for me to go. So, after I arrive the girl starts and asks what concerns I have (typical question), and then asked if I would like to upgrade my facial from a classic. I was confused because I thought my facial was an upgrade. So I asked what she meant, and that I would like whatever facial my husband booked for me due to the gift card balance (I figured prices would have gone up in the months from buying to using, but didn’t want the “classic” and then have a weird balance leftover). She said she didn’t know what facial he booked for me and that they book every facial as a classic. That’s annoying. I worked at a salon. If a client asks for a specific facial, you book it. Or at the very least you put a note into their booking stating which facial was asked for by name and allot the time. She named off a few and I’m glad she listed the Exceptional Facial because it sounded familiar and I knew that was the one after hearing the name. After that my face was steamed and wrapped in a towel. It was over my mouth, which whatever, but then she got to work on my nose and was plugging my nostrils. I haven’t experienced that before. When she finished she asked how it went and didn’t hand me a mirror which I’ve never experienced. Then I got home and noticed my nose had a cut on it. Firmly decided at that point I would never return but not leave a review. I’m leaving the review now because my nose is now permanently scarred.
