I am able to walk, exercise and live a normal life because of Denise who is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever met in 20 years getting massages. I almost canceled my monthly membership but my wife told me to try one last time and I luckily ended up with Denise and all my aches and pains were gone like as if she flipped the switch and turned them all off. A nice place but never have any appointment times available. I joined the monthly program and had 3 months worth of credits because i was called the day of to cancel on each time. Traded my credits in for facial with add ons to use them up in order to change companies. No point paying 70.00 a month when you cant seem to use what youre paying for.

Just had a facial – for the first time in my life – from Alexa and it was so awesome. My skin feels like it can finally breathe! The Diamond Glow/Dermal Infusion was definitely the way to go. If you’ve never had a facial, this is what I’d go for – no pain or irritation and it sucks EVERYTHING out of your pores while it rehydrates your skin. And I have to say lots of love to Latrenda, my masseuse, who was the first person to ever actually get the DEEP part right during my deep tissue massage – what a relief!! Super impressed with the organized and friendly staff at the front, too.

Thought I had a good experience until I realized the girl who did my facial became obsessed with me. I declined her advances and she ruined over $200 worth of my stuff right outside of the establishment. She also groped me in the facial saying it’s for chest acne, me being naive believed her, but she touch my more then the “chest” management said they’d look into it, but they never did. She’s still working there. Thank god I got rid of the membership. People are giving her good reviews, just beware she may want more than a facial. I have proof of my damages too. I had to go to small claims court, they are still processing everything. Such a shame you still have a employee like that.

Worst customer service, failed to tell me when booking my appointment that they stopped accepting spa finder gift cards, and did not apologize for the inconvenience or did anything to fix the issue the day of my appointment so of course I couldn’t have my massage that day. Will never come to this Waterford location ever again. Also when I booked an appointment back in May they missed my moms appointment so we had to reschedule. All inconveniences everytime I’ve been here.

Latoya at Waterford Lakes location is fantastic. I have sciatica nerve pain and she worked certain muscles while explaining why and how it will help. I FEEL GREAT! She really knows her stuff. The staff was awesome. Will most definitely be back!
