I was a member at this location for over a year and was very happy with my experience! All the massage therapists I had were great and the front desk ladies were always very helpful with scheduling and using my points. It was always fairly easy to schedule massages about a month out. I think I only had maybe one or two times where they had to move my appointment because of a therapist calling in sick. Unfortunately I moved so I had to cancel my membership, but I would have kept my membership if I still was in Orlando.

My experience at this location was nothing short of amazing and relaxing! Loni, my therapist was highly skilled and very knowledgeable. She is normally booked out and I can I understand why! She just happened to have a cancellation and was able to accommodate me. I highly recommend you look no further when choosing a massage therapist. She is very flexible with her massage pressure, thank you! Something else I want to mention is how valued I felt when I walked through the doors at Hand and Stone, I was instantly welcomed, Sophia made my experience even better because of her approach towards me. Sophia was on her game, made she I was taken care of in everyway from making corrections on my account from a previous location, in another state, offering me the option to upgrade, and even following up with me after my appointment, including reaching out the next day assuring she was doing all things possible to correct my account, WOW! Talk about above and beyond. Manager material, no doubt! Thank you so much❣️ I will be sure to rebook at this location next time I pass through Orlando ✈️

Unfortunately as much as it hurts me to write this, I would not return back to any Hand and Stone based on lack of communication and no real desire to make it right. I had cancelled my membership a while back based on location (no Hand and Stone in Staten Island , NY). Though I ended my membership around July 2022, I was promised that my 4 remaining massages did not have an expiration date and I can come back when I was ready.

I usually get deep tissue massages with Vanessa who is absolutely amazing and one of the most talented massage therapists I’ve ever had. Today I decided to get a facial, which I do not do very often, but Michelle was the esthetician and she was phenomenal. She was personable and knowledgeable. The PM front desk staff today was very friendly…I forgot their names, but they were very helpful. Thank you Hand & Stone!

I used the membership infrequently, I’d accumulated 9 services and was ok with that. I saw my CC statement and noticed I was charged $10 extra than what I normally contracted for. I called to find out why and was told by a manager I was notified via email and when I told her I hadn’t received an email she told me because I’d unsubscribed. Yes, I unsubscribed from PROMOTIONAL emails and if the company knew I wouldn’t receive IMPORTANT emails they could’ve called to notify me. I was just charged 3 days prior to this and she lied and told my multiple times if I cancelled she didn’t have the authority to wave an additional monthly service charge unless I reduced my 90 days to use 9 services to 30 days. It wasn’t until I told her that was untrue because the manager at another location waved the additional monthly service fee for me when I canceled to sign up at my current location, she all of a sudden was able to accommodate me. If she saw I had 9 accumulated services and just paid 3 days prior to cancelling, why not accommodate your customer without having to be given evidence that it’s within your power when you already know what you can do for the customer? I had a couple’s massage scheduled for a special occasion and was called the morning of my appointment to be told my massage was canceled because the therapist called out. I was told there was no replacement therapist and she had the audacity to ask me if my fiancé was still coming in for his massage! Ma’am, if it’s a couple’s massage and there’s no couple there’s no massage! I should’ve canceled then honestly! I’m a very dissatisfied customer. Ridiculous!

I came in to get a facial and left feeling discriminated against. I noticed the “yt” customers seemed to get waited on hand and foot while it seemed as if I was bothering the ladies by asking for to much . I was left unattended and ignored in the lobby for 45 mins . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . Honestly 0 stars I highly recommend you stay away from here.
