Been a member of Hand & Stone for quite a few years. I have to say I was VERY disappointed in my experience with this location. The therapist was amazing when she was massaging me. However I was brought back late due to no fault of mine. I finally get in a room 10 min past then get undressed and ready she comes back in 8 min later. So now we are already 15 min in, she rushes through my entire massage and then is completely done at 50 past. So I got a 30 min massage. This is completely disappointing. Would never try this location again

I’ve been a member for years. I’ve visited multiple locations. My massage therapist was exceptional, however; a woman is reception was cold and dismissive. It ruined what was otherwise an extremely pleasant experience. She seemed bothered that I inquired about how many packages I have left (which I felt was a pretty standard question). She also seemed annoyed that I wanted to book another appointment. I don’t recall if she even said thank you. This isn’t the first time that a person in reception has been unpleasant and unwelcoming. Disappointing, especially after such a lovely massage.

Decided to use my Mother’s Day gift card. Scheduled a one hours hot stone massage. Very friendly staff when I arrived. Liz was my massage therapist and was very professional. About 10 minutes into the massage she asked how I was doing. I commented on the very loud conversation going on outside of our room. She kindly stepped out to check and no one was in the hallway. Well the talking continued and we surmised that it was coming from the room next to us. She kindly knocked on the wall but the message was not received by the noisy neighbors as they continued to talk the entire hour. She apologized but it wasn’t really her fault. I made the front desk receptionist aware of the situation as well. She apologized and said she would speak to someone about it. All in all the massage was great. I felt relaxed when I left just extremely annoyed by the rudeness of those next door to me.

Everyone here was friendly and very helpful. The only issue I had was that I scheduled a massage over the phone but when I arrived the specific massage instructions where missed. I let them know and they were able to get the adjustments made so I appreciate it. Just make sure to double check everything is correct before arriving. The service was great!

GRACE!!!! Her name says it all! I have been going to her since February and let me tell you she’s not only an Amazing person but she knows what she is doing. I have a very physical job and my whole body hurts all the time. I gave up on getting massages because it was either too much or not enough. My fiancé knew I needed a massage and surprised me with appointment with Grace (and I was ugh about it, but I went because it was a gift) well here I am going every month now. I don’t even have to tell her what I need, she KNOWS! I feel great afterwards and for most of the week. I wish I could see her every week. She even gives me advice on what to do in between. She honestly cares!

I was scheduled for hour and a half massage, asked for deep tissue. I got an hour soft rub. The lady fiddled more with the stuff in the room than massaging. Was it relaxing? Yes. Did I get relief from muscle tension? Not at all. Disappointed.

Had an appointment this morning that was scheduled a month ago. I get there and they said it was changed to the afternoon. There was a client next to me at the front desk having issues with her appt as well. They were able to add me to the original appt and offered complimentary Himalayan stone. The massage therapist was Edlin. Good massage however she forgot the stones. She said that she hates itwhen the front desk tells her about any heat stones last minute because she has to prep them whatever that means. This was my first visit ever. I called spoke to Jessica. Someone finally called me back and said I received the Himalayan stones according to the notes. So best believe I will not return or even recommend. Terrible customer service. They need more training when it comes to customer service.
