The massage therapists are great; however, I am disappointed with the customer service. I was sick and went to the doctors the day of my appointment to find out if I had covid. Turned out it was positive. Because of it, I have been fatigued and have some brain fog. I called them to cancel my appointment as I didn’t want to get anyone sick. The front desk associate was extremely rude to me and said I will apologize to the massage therapist for you. I mean should I have come in and got everyone sick? I am pretty sure I was doing the right thing by calling in sick. I’m disappointed with the lack of empathy from them, and now I’m having second thoughts about keeping my membership.

This place is a joke!!. They run a special, pull one of your family member in. Then , another family member decides to join to take advantage of the rate, they tell you the rates have gone up. Okay so you sign up at the new rate but when you want to cancel, they jam you with a higher rate saying their rates just recently have gone up. When you ask them how they could just raise the rates without informing us, they hit you with “well, it was stated in the contract you signed”. Really??? Such a shady way of conducting a business. Be open and honest to your customers before hand. If you are offering a family discount, honor the same rate you offered to my family member. When cancelling, just don’t over charge me as if you are tying to screw me one last time before i part ways with you guys. Now I’m glad we did, cause we saw the ugly side of this establishment. NEW MEMBERS BE AWARE!!!

Day of: Called and cancelled on my daughter after receiving 4 text messages. I called to find out what was going on and they had a call out. So instead of booking me with someone else, after waiting a week and my daughter canceling HER plans for a school activity to get a much needed massage. Not only was I not offered a new therapist, but didn’t seem like the girl wanted to rebook an appointment. Sad thing is, I’ve never been there before. Poor experience, and will find a different business. Terrible customer service.

I have been going here since they opened. About 6 months ago I started the monthly option. Glad I did as regular visits have helped helped a lot with my muscle aches and stress. I have found out that each therapist does things a little differently, so try different ones. It can be hard getting the therapist you want without booking way in advance but if you keep checking you can usually snag a cancelation a day or two out.

I am so happy I now have the monthly membership. Everyone has been so wonderful! I have seen Tiffany, Shana & Bianca so far, all are excellent! And I am finally pain free, and haven’t had a migraine since I started with them. They have helped my neck & back pain so much! So grateful!

I have had a membership for quite some time. It was great in the beginning but now I can barely ever use it because there is rarely any availability. When I do make a month or longer out appointment, it gets canceled and another 3 more weeks til something is available. I have left 2 messages for the manager and have not received a call back (which is odd from the manager I have dealt with in the past), all I recieved after leaving the last message was an email cancelation notice of my membership, which means all of the services I have paid for will most likely expire before I can get another appointment, which Is incredibly frustrating and not a proper way of running a business with a “Monthly subscription”.

Visited this spa over Christmas and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service. I had Tawny as my esthetician for a classic facial and she did a lovely job. It was incredibly relaxing and Tawny provided me a lot of very helpful information about my skin questions. They currently have a promotion where you can get a massage or facial for $60 each month which is a great deal. Overall, it was a great experience and extremely affordable. 10/10, highly recommend!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMade an appointment for a pre natal massage. Took time off to do this. Filled out their pregnancy questionnaire and even spoke with someone about it. I had a doctors note as well. As I’m changing, someone knocked on the door and almost barged in on me half-dressed. The assistant manager came in and toldMe that the person doing my massage was not qualified to give pre natal massages. I was a bit frustrated but was not yelling. The assistant manager asked me to lower my voice as other people are trying to get massages. This was rude as I was trying to get a massage and she was rubbing in my face that I can’t get one. She then told me that I was aggressive and needed to leave. She made me feel that because I was pregnant, I wasn’t allowed to be there. No attemptto make the wrong right.
