I go in there to relax because I am very stressed with running my business and a friend bought me an expensive package as gift to go in there…. Before we even got started the therapist was very rude had a smart mouth and was talking down to me…. Was so rude in fact that I refuse to let her do anything to me instead of being relaxed it took my stress to another level and ruined my day…. Will never step foot in that place again!!!!

Like any place, you need to change therapists until you find one or two that work best for you. Can’t speak to the facial side of things, but two of three therapists I have tried I am quite happy with. The one I wasn’t happy with was devoid of personality, seemed bothered that I showed up for the appointment and put minimal effort in when I should be getting a deep tissue massage. YMMV.

Good luck getting them to show up. I maintain a very tight schedule and when these kids no show, it’s incredibly frustrating. You’re better off investing in professional, in-home massage therapy than relying on a chain employing a bunch of hungover kids.

My fiancé got me the monthly membership so I could get a massage once a month. I’ve been 3 times and we will be cancelling it when he remembers to go up there (you have to do it in person which is annoying). One of the massages was hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had and the other two were just ok at best. It’s honestly more stressful to take time out of my day to pre shower, drive there, have a massage that did nothing, and then have to shower again because the lotion always ends up in your hair. One lady kept putting wet towels on me, even after I asked her to take them off. I was so cold.
