About 4-5 months ago, this was a decent place to have a membership. However, in the last 4-5 months, calls for rescheduling and cancellations have been out of control. The position they are taking with reschedules shows each of us where you place your priority, and it is not with your clientele. Therefore, as soon as I can reasonably get by the location, I will cancel my monthly agreement, which I am sure has plenty of pain points for the customer.

Very disorganized! Showed up for an appointment and was told it was canceled. Which they admit was there fault. It’s bad enough that openings become almost non existent at the Deland location. Was offered a free massage. Guess I’ll add that to the several months they charged our card when they were closed during covid.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. For starters we were 10 minutes late to a hour massage we had scheduled, that is our fault, so your suppose to get a 50 minute massage then, well I drop my husband off to get his massage and he calls me literally almost 15 minutes early and says he’s standing in the parking lot and wants to know where I am and that he’s done with the massage, I ask why he’s done so early and he said it was over, when they didn’t even do a full 30 minutes massage!!!!!!! The massage alone was $112, let alone a decent $15 tip she clearly didn’t deserve, so do NOT go here, it’s rushed, and unsatisfactory, the complete opposite of what they say to expect for “relaxation” never ever going back here again

I go once a month and they have extremely friendly staff. The young girl with the braids who works the counter is so nice and helps you understand what all the different choices and upgrades mean. She also helps you get the best prices if you want to go for massages on a regular basis. Their coconut water is amazing too! And any of the masseuses are great. I let them choose anyone at random so I get a unique experience every time and I have not had a bad massage yet.

My first experience here. Staff was super helpful & friendly. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and they were patient & accommodating. Atmosphere was clean & pleasant. The massage therapist was wonderful! I thoroughly enjoyed my first Hot Stone Massage! I will definitely return and would recommend Hand & Stone Deland to folks I know. Thanks so much!

It was my first time getting a massage, and they did an amazing job. They made me feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. The ambiance was serene and the massage felt wonderful. My shoulders don’t hurt anymore since getting the targeted massage. Definitely plan on going back!

Heather does my facials and Phyllis does my massages. I’ve been working with Heather for about a year now and I wouldn’t ever go to another person! Phyllis is very responsive to my physical ailments and always adjusts properly for what my body needs. SPEND THE $20 FOR THE HOT STONE MASSAGE! You will NOT regret it.
