The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. My husband and I got a couples massage for his birthday. The lady who did his massage was extremely sweet and made the feel of relaxation and quiet very nice. The lady who did my massage was extremely rough and loud the entire massage. She snatched the covers around me and walked very loudly and made me feel rushed the entire massage. I paid for a full hour and when she was done and very loudly left the room and slammed the door, we had only been there 54 mins. After we were done, we went to pay and the lady who did my massage was up front fussing very loudly about something UPS did and how she was leaving to go home. Lost all feeling of relaxation. Even the lady checking us out up front seemed uncomfortable with how loud and rude she was being. There are signs all over the spa that state to please use quiet voices. Probably won’t be going here again.

My first professional Swedish massage was so disappointing. My massage therapist put gloves on to do the massage. It was incredibly strange to me. I had an evening appointment and the massage therapist was an African American male, he seemed incredibly timid and awkward doing the massage. I’m still wondering why in the world a massage therapist would wear gloves before a massage. It was over all just really weird. I showered before my appointment and I know I don’t smell! Lol!

This was an absolutely horrible experience! From the receptionist to Jamie my massage therapist the entire experience lacked genuine care and concern. I felt I was treated as an inconvenience to them. The 50-minute massage turned into a 25-minute massage. Jamie was very rude, and the receptionist had no concern that we had a horrible experience. I would not recommend!!! Absolutely unprofessional

I booked a 90-minute massage, and the massage therapist ended abruptly at 75 minutes. I was confused and bewildered, as I’m someone who often gets massages and has never had a 90-minute massage end 15 minutes early. The therapist walked out of the room and never returned or caught up to check in with me afterward, which I’ve also known to be typical. When I asked about this when checking out, the front desk worker nonchalantly responded with: “oh well he left time for you to get dressed and to chat with him.” When I assured her he did not do any of this, she just shrugged her shoulders. I was the last massage of the evening and I saw them both leave just minutes after I did. The tip was automatically included, another new one for me, and now I see why.

My girlfriend and came to PCB for a girls weekend. We booked a massage here. We were truly disappointed only when it finished. We wished it could go on for another hour but alas it wasn’t meant to be. The staff was lovely and the massage was divine.
