This was my first visit and it definitely won’t be my last. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. Each employee I had an encounter with was very pleasant. Nikijo did a phenomenal job on my massage. I left there feeling like I was floating on a cloud. My only regret is not having someone drive me to my appointment because I was so relaxed after my massage. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked a massage with Whitney. She did a great massage but I only got 40 mins. When I got dressed after my massage, she was waiting for me and I told her the massage was great but she shorted me 10 minutes. She first stated that I was late (which I wasn’t) then she said she got me right on time and ended early because She had another client. She got so rude with me and said I didn’t have to tip her which I did. She took her tip and stormed off with a look of disgust. No apology. I was planning on going back to her but her unprofessional response is a definite no! The front staff was great and understood my disappointment. $69.95 is a lot for a 50 min massage and then to get shorted 10 minutes is disappointing. I try to pay extra for 80 minutes but They don’t do it at this location. Might be time to find another place.

Very dissatisfied. For my 40th Birthday, my mom tried to book a massage with hot stones and oils for me as a gift. They couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks, but my mom went ahead and scheduled an appointment anyway. On the day of my scheduled massage, Hand and Stone Massage called to reschedule for an additional 2 weeks out or later. Very disappointing and I would not recommend. Go to one of the other many reliable massage locations in Palm Coast!

Some people are just in the wrong line of work .Technically the young lady who worked on me was very skilled However she was not engaging and not very friendly. She did not put you in a relaxed mood which is step one of the massage . I still tipped her generously. Not a people person. I just don’t get it . Will probably not be back.
