I treated myself for my birthday here earlier this year. I totally enjoyed it both massage and facial. I got the membership which is so worth it. I don’t have to worry when I am stressed and need some tlc and as part of my self care routine, all I do is just book my appointment because it is covered already. You need to try it.

I’ve been a member for over 4 years and ended it about 2 months ago, was going to restart it again after the holidays but after my last experience I will definitely not rejoin. During the Black Friday deals, I preordered 4 sets of BOGO packages. When I went to pick them up, I was charged 2 different prices (member and nonmember), it took them over 39 minutes to somewhat fix the issues, handed them my credit card to find out they charged the card on file (without asking) just to find out once I got home that the card they CHARGED WAS NOT MINE… after talking to the manager over the phone with what I found, I was going to dig a bit deeper to verify all my cards to see if it was sone old card “keep in mind the membership was charged each month to the card I was going to hand them “. Management called me a few days later asking me for a new credit card number over the phone, Never Will I give a card number over the phone and nobody should. I explained to her I would stop in so they can fix their error and give them my card, she said if she’s not in her assistant manager would, I stoped in just as I said to find out neither one were in (Friday afternoon), so I took time once again out of my busy day to stop, the manager corrected the error and when I asked what do I get for this inconvenience she said “Your Card Charged” haha.. WTH! As I waited for about 40 minutes (she was having computer issues) to clear it up a potential new client of there’s came in and said she called 4 times for directions just to be hung up on. I laughed and said yes service is going down here.

Wonder place for a massage, I’ve received 2 so far. Regular massages and while I was pregnant too. Very professional and clean calming environments. Additionally the staff in the front is always so friendly and kind. I was close to my due date and they understood if I didn’t make it in to my appointment that that meant I was in labor! Which I appreciate. Highly recommended

I have sciatica and piriformis muscle issues and a visit with her always takes the pain away. After a facial, my face glows and look happy and refreshed. Critical: ProfessionalismI was not able to make my appointment because the website switched the “My Spa” location, we thought it was the Daytona location as that is where everyone is given the BEST service. Professional staff, polite, and respectful. Definitely take the extra drive over to the Daytona Location at Cornerstone Blvd.The lady at the Port Orange location decided she would take our “entire credit” instead of the marked 50% for cancellation.NO WONDER THEY DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
