Gave it a 3 star due to the therapist (Nadia) tricking my husband and myself into getting the oil (Eucalyptus) that was an up charge. We had a couples massage and it was our first time at H&S. She presented it like it was included already. I don’t do trickery. Just be honest. The extra $20 isn’t the point. It’s the principle of it. Tim did do a good job.

This was a really really nice faculty the staff and masseuse ppl were very very friendly and approachable. However my masseuse person Tim was a sweetheart and he did a excellent job the only issue I had from him and my experience at this location he chatted the entire time. I truly just wanted a quite experience to close my eyes and enjoy! But I felt compelled to conversation but he was the chatter box. Although the conversation was pleasant and friendly I would have rather enjoyed the massages vs conversation. May that’s need to be address with the masseuse. Also I brought in my neice and I was praying she wasn’t having the same experience but to no avail her masseuse did the same thing. Silence is Golden. That’s the only thing I find wrong and slightly disappointing I left tired then relaxed. That was my moment to exhale, reflex and reset but instead I was wired from conversation about government and Presidents pass and present that was not my purpose of having my massage! This is the reason why I can not give a 5 star

The therapist need a lot of training, She rushed and didn’t even touch my body, she made me feel like something was wrong with my body. She seemed like she lacked people skills, just working to get a paycheck. Her appearance was horrible like not professional for that field more like a circus or tattoo shop. It was worth the 45minute drive. My massage only lasted 30 minutes and it was supposed to be an hour. Never again .

I got the worst massage I’ve ever had at this place. Not enough pressure to do anything but further irritate my inflamed muscle, just felt like someone lightly applying lotion to my skin for an hour. I also got scratched up by the lady’s very long and sharp fingernails. She also put a bunch of oil in my hair for no apparent reason.

I received a massage today at Peachtree City location. I have received numerous massages over the years, however I can say by far this was my worst. I requested a sports massage when I set my appointment which a front desk associate even confirmed that my therapist is knowledgable of sports therapy however I received a swedish massage. Also, I told my therapist during the consultation prior to my massage that my problem area was my neck but there was no trigger point nor sport therapy technique used to reduce my tension.

Worst massage ever! 1st time customer the therapist literally just rubbed oil on me! She didn’t take her time. She acted really like she didn’t want to be there. I will never go here again! This was a gift from my daughter for my birthday.

Update: Changing from a 1 to 3. I spoke with the manager and she honored the last minute deal. I got the name of someone there who has great comments from customers. Hopefully that will go well and I can rate even higher.

My experience today was terrible. I booked a massage and facial for my wife and I but they never scheduled it. I wanted a deep massage and did not get that. It was horrible! I will give them another chance with another person, but today I was very disappointed in the service. I don’t know what I paid $179 for. I decided to cancel my membership before it took effect and they told me that I would still be charged for one month so I would have a credit then I found out they charge me 4 times 2 for wife and 2 for me. Nothing I could do about it. So we made appointment to use the credit the first one wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. I made another appointment for myself and they scheduled me for a facial instead for a massage so I drove there for nothing. Then they rescheduled me for the same day and when I got there they scheduled me with a male massage person which I asked for a female so I never got my massage that day. Then went I try to reschedule they said my time to redeem my credits was expired. So I lost $207 because of there bad customer service. If you want a headache give them your business if you want piece of mind go to another massage company.
