There’s a reason she’s always booked! Same goes for Mariam with her work on my eyebrows – she is amazing. Elaine has magic in her hands and the kindest, most professional spirit. She knows her stuff snd can pinpoint the pain spots in seconds. My whole family is hooked on her. This location is terrible. I was gifted a few packages while pregnant and was not able to use them all because they are constantly booked. I booked in advance and had two appointments cancel at the last minute- one that I drove 40 minutes to just to be told there was nothing they can do. My first two appointments were taken care of with gifted packages. The next two I was charged an upcharge for a prenatal massage and was only told “it’s a new policy” after the massage was complete. The staff seems incompetent and unreliable. If you have a choice to go to another place, I recommend avoiding the headaches and getting a better massage with real professionals. I will not be back to a Hand & Stone and do not recommend this place to anyone else looking to relax. Money is best spent elsewhere.
