Disappointed overall with the service and two therapists. I booked my best friend and I an hour massage and the experience lacked incredibly. The front desk ladies were nice and gave good detail. The therapists on the other end were not personable and lacked attention to detail. The whole experience felt very transactional. Not once was I asked about pressure and how it felt as they were going. The fan in the room was blasting at full speed all while being unclothed in a small room. Both therapist looked like they were over it. If you are looking for a quality massage and guest experience I wouldn’t recommend this place, listen to the reviews and save your money.

I have been going here for several years and I have always loved my massage. However, I prefer a female massage therapist and I make sure to schedule with a female even if I have to push the massage out several extra weeks. After having surgery, I was finally cleared for a massage and I was so so so excited!! I checked in and waited with no issues. When it was my turn, a male came to get me. I was completely thrown off guard. When I asked him, he said that Mackenzie was no longer employed and he had been assigned to me. This young man was very sweet and did nothing wrong. However, I should have been told BEFORE arriving that Mackenzie had quit and the only therapist available was a male. Had that been the case, I would have rescheduled. At no fault to the massage therapist – I just couldn’t relax. I was so flustered with the sudden change and the uncomfortable feeling of a male vs. female. PLEASE let people know BEFORE their appointment if a change is made. I always look forward to my experience at this location, but if this happens again, I will not return. :/

HORRIBLE. The last massage was HORRIBLE. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The managers are HORRIBLE. I tried to cancel my membership and was not told anything about 30 days to cancel. I’m sure that would have been explained to me in the follow up phone call that I was supposed to receive. Now I’m fighting covid, and my 3 year old is fighting covid and they took out my monthly fee. I called to say I needed my money back because I had already called to cancel the services and the manager got on the line with me- the only thing she could say is- well it’s in the policy that it takes 30 days to cancel. I haven’t used the service in months because the massages at the concord location are HORRIBLE. It’s too much trouble to get a massage anywhere else especially with these gas prices. Now I’m out ANOTHER $70 and the manager just says- well it’s in the policy. This location is a joke. Now I have NINE unused services… what am I supposed to do with that? I wasn’t even asking for all of THAT money back- just July’s payment because I called BEFORE it was due. Yet this location does not care. Be VERY aware of how this place treats it patrons. The ONLY nice thing I can say is- a nice young lady did a facial for me- I think her name is Christine. She was excellent. I attempted to book an appointment with her online- but I can’t find her. If I have to call to schedule an appointment with her, then heck no. I do not want to speak to anyone from this place.

Awful experience tonight. Was displeased with services and asked for a manager. I was not notified that my service provider quit until I was walked to my session by the therapist “assigned” to me. Ms. Price, the manager, stayed in her office laughing with someone as I was spoken to by the front office. With my complaint, I was offered a comp service that was already free. I declined. After the clerk went back to the manager, I was then told that they would ensure that I was with a good provider the next time as I was given my total for the 90-minute service booked with my previous masseuse. I paid and left a tip. The complaint was not to avoid payment. It was to bring attention to the therapist needing more training and to have the manager address me directly. Needless to say, I made payment, asked to cancel my membership of 3 years, and waited in the lobby for my husband… and the manger still never addressed me. I am livid to have been treated this way. Very, very disappointed.

I had a facial appointment I had to cancel last minute…. Cause my cat died. As a membership client- you’d think they’d get it and just reach out to reschedule since I’m already paying monthly for this. Nope. They nicely charged me ‘only half’ for not coming. Aka adding half an extra fee to what i already paid! Charging me more.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year for massages and a couple of facials. Llamar was the first therapist I saw and it was THE best massage I’d ever had. He’s the only person I’d book with until he was on vacation and I saw someone else. That massage was awful and, quite frankly, lazy.

I completed the registration portion online, only to come in and have to complete it again. As I walk back to the room the therapist is asking questions. ‘Why are you here?’, ‘What would you like to focus on?’, etc. I mentioned a recent medical procedure (outpatient & disclosed in my registration) & she immediately says ‘oh, I can’t service you!’ And proceeds to escort me back to the front.

This was my birthday retreat. I left digusted. I scheduled an appt for a facial and massage. No record of that appt. Nobody at the front desk. Wait about 15 mins before anybody came from the back. The masseuse was great but not having my other appt just ruined the whole experience. Did not like receptionist attitude at all. This not what my first experience should have felt like being that was my first time at this place.

Worst management ever. They lied about my packages. I have called numerous time but the manager never called back after me calling numerous times. Took 6 months to close my husband account now they say I cant use the packages. The management doesn’t care. They don’t even return calls back . I hope the owner the CEO reads this message. If I were you I would rectify the bad BEHAVIOUR AND NOT CARING ATTITUDE
