I went in and had Cherish for a 60 min deep tissue and it was the best massage I have had in a long time! I had a few areas that needed specific attention and she did great finding those pressure points and working them out! When I go back, I am definitely requesting her!

My experience with this location has been the absolute WORST! It literally never fails and the manager never follows up to correct the situation, between the call center that has zero knowledge or experience to the front desk staff that’s rude and inconsiderate and the manager that never follows up when their establishment is in the wrong..how much worse can it get!? I had an appointment today at 4:45pm scheduled a month in advance that was canceled in error, last month I booked a massage for a friend as a birthday gift and the representative booked the service under my name after it was explained to her that it was a gift for someone! The day of the appointment, they show up and Lord behold no appointment is scheduled under their name. How does any of this happen!? I’ve booked multiple surprise couple packages and they’ve texted my partner in regards to their appointment when I’ve specifically advised it was a surprise and to follow up with me. It literally never fails with this place..

Last week I scheduled a facial to use a gift card. It wasn’t my first facial, but the first at Hand and Stone. I arrived on time, completed the questionnaire and within a few minutes of my time the esthetician came to take me back. She did a great job with the facial, and gave me a few add on options. This was a rare treat, so I upgraded to a microdermabrasion for and additional $50. The facial was fine, she did a good job. However, at checkout I was charged an additional $20 that wasn’t clearly explained. So my “$49.99” facial cost $129.00, which I think is way overpriced. I regret the $15 tip…as this was just too costly for the treatment I received, in my opinion. The establishment is very clean and nice, the heated table was lovely!! I was just caught off guard by the price.

I received a massage and a hair removal. The massage was pretty good and relieved some pain I was having. The hair removal went went well too until the next day when my face started showing some signs of an allergic reaction. Courtney did a great job though. She took her time and went above and beyond.

I scheduled a massage for my minor daughters birthday and was told by two different representatives that approval was needed by a manager. Both times during the scheduling process, the customer service reps gave confirmation that approval had been granted by management. On the day of the appointment, the manager stated that no prior approval was granted and there was no one on Site to service us. They ruined a special day for my daughter.

I have received multiple services from this spa and each time the receptionist are extremely unwelcoming and provide poor customer service. I recommend taking your business else where. If it wasn’t for the H&S near west friendly, I would’ve cancelled my membership a long time ago.
