I was a former member and decided to renew my membership. It was my first time at the Hancock location and my experience there wasn’t that great. My massage wasn’t good at all. There were certain areas that were missed, and after the massage my massage therapist wasn’t waiting by the door with my cup of water or even escorted me out. The lady who checked me in had guaranteed me that Brittany (massage therapist ) was going to take care of me and she really didnt. During check out the same lady at the front who checked me in took my payment when I’ve already had the payment coming out at the end of the month. I paid and she asked if I wanted to book another massage and I said no. I inquired about a facial and she booked me with someone and said that they will take good care of me. I’m having doubts and considering canceling my membership when I just renewed it this month. I left very disappointed and unhappy. My body is still in the same pain it was before I came there. My appt was this past weekend. I’m so shocked and surprised about the service here because it’s in such a nice location and service was not up to great standards.

If you know waht is a good massage or desire one, please skip this place. I get massage at least every month. Booked introductory hot stone massage. My body was covered with linens and therapist was wearing crunchy gloves. Hot stones were robbed in few sections for a little. I needed another massage after this massage, the girl was nice, but that is all she was. I let the front desck know that this was not a hot stone massage, they removed the upgrade. I thought because of it I would try another therapist next time by booking appointment, but after reading some reviews, it seems this place has a pattern, so I decided to cancel my appointments.

I just had THE best therapeutic massage with Chris C. I came in with a lot of back pain due to degenerative disc disease and too much overexertion. Chris listened and focused on my pain points. It was like he knew exactly where the pain was and how to provide the best relief. I highly recommend him for massage, especially if you have sports related or other low back pain that needs an expert touch. Better than my chiropractor and cortisone shots combined.

We paid about $300 for a deep tissue couples massage for our anniversary. The only relaxing thing was the scent of lavender. I have received deep tissue massages before leaving feeling completely relaxed.

I booked a prenatal massage for today, 8/6 at 6 pm a few days ago. I even filled out the prenatal paperwork online at the time of booking, so everybody was aware. I had multiple follow-up texts and emails confirming my appointment and letting me know that I may have to pay charges if I don’t show up. I even had somebody call my from the spa last night confirming my appointment. I arrived at 5:50 for my appointment only to be told that they could not see me until 7 because there was not a prenatal therapist available. That is unacceptable. They could have notified me at any point today or during the confirmation call that I would need to come at a different time—10 minutes prior to my appointment, after I had been looking forward to my massage all day AND had gotten childcare, is just bad service. I couldn’t make the 7 pm, and the next available prenatal appointment isn’t until 8/21. I am so upset, and I don’t think I ever want to come back. I thought the higher ups should be aware that this is how a customer’s time is being valued. This was a terrible customer service experience—there’s just no reason why I had to find out I had to reschedule when I arrived for my appointment.
