We bought massages for Christmas! We thought it would be a great experience but before we showed up two massages were canceled because of an employees car problems. No accommodations were made. We then made two more appointments and 30 min before showing up one was canceled because of childcare. Things do come up but as a manager you should have a back up plan or accommodate your customers. Very very disappointing. Th lack of professionalism was very poor. Will not be going back.

Just had my first massage here. It was a Swedish massage by Jasmina and it was lovely. I highly recommend treating yourself to a session with Jasmina. Both friendly and professional. Destiny was very helpful at the reception desk.

Hand N Stone is ok. I have had massages at Scent of Serenity which is better. I have a membership and this is my 3rd visit but 2nd massage. There are other places that do a better job.

My massage was amazing. I even want to say it was life-changing. I walked out feeling physically lighter. All of the tension in my shoulders was completely gone. I’ve only ever had one other massage in my life and this was another wonderful experience. The staff, as well as Desiree of course, were so welcoming and kind. I felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. I will definitely be back!

Just a little annoyed I came in quite early for my massage and only got a 45 minute massage on the dot, (I checked the time upon entering and exiting) not the full hour that I paid for. I’ve noticed massage places seem to really do this and it’s super annoying.
