Kaelee in the facials department is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’ve had quite a few facials over the years and never have I left feeling better than tonight. Kaelee genuinely cares about her clients skin and makes sure she is doing what is best for each client specifically all while explaining every step and being hilarious the whole time! I normally sleep during my appointments but we chatted the whole time and my skin of course has never looked/felt better. I cannot wait to schedule another appointment!

Went in for a Facial yesterday evening. This was my first time at Hand and Stone – Maya at the front desk was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly – She made me feel very at home with her hospitality. My facial was with Emery – She is such a sweetheart. Emery explained everything she was doing during the process ,she pin pointed exactly what kind of skin I had and put the right products on my skin to make my face literally GLOW ! I woke up this morning and I could see the difference !!

It’s been three weeks since I was told to contact the manager at the Annapolis ranch, after having a disappointing experience with a massage therapist that was either an experience or had no idea what she was doing. I emailed the manager three weeks ago like they asked me to, and haven’t heard anything. I don’t know if anyone else has had a similar experience, but I highly recommend going somewhere else for a massage, because obviously the management here doesn’t care about its patrons and doesn’t do enough to make sure they hire people who know what they are doing.

I had a great experience here on Saturday 9/30/17. My friend picked this place and I was quite pleased. The place is very clean and the staff is polite. My therapist Edie has blessed hands and gave me the best hot stone massages I have ever had, and I’ve had a few. I thought I was going to sleep during my service, but our very interesting conversation kept me up. The front desk was efficient and Jillian and Anya did a good job explaining things to us. At one point we weren’t sure if there was tension between the 2 ladies, but we soon realized it was because it was busy, and they were trying their best to help us quickly and efficiently. We definitely enjoyed our experience so much we both bought the package deals, and can’t wait to return.
