I thought the massage itself was very nice. I am still bothered by the fact that my massage therapist was clearly sick. He was sniffling the entire time and had to stop and blow his nose multiple times. Even pre-COVID this would have been bothersome as he continuously sniffed and struggled to breathe the whole massage. Five days later, I now have swollen glades, a headache and sore-throat. I can’t help but believe that I got it at this massage. Although I felt badly for the therapist and know they have to earn their living while they are sick or not, It was very uncomfortable.

My 14 yr old son gets monthly facials here and he loves the person we work with. She is very nice and is able to carry a friendly conversation if you choose. My son is silly at times as he has a cognitive delay so he will act weird making loud noise to be funny and she doesn’t make either of us feel uncomfortable.

UPDATE: March 2018. Kathy is my massage therapist and she is wonderful! Takes excellent care of me. OWNERS/MANAGEMENT however are not as wonderful. They were good but recently have just gone downhill and I no longer feel like a valued client. My monthly membership charge was INCREASED with NO NOTICE. Owners decided (after having a full day of booked appointments) to close for Easter and did very little to accommodate. The manager basically left it with “you have your appointment rescheduled. What do you want me to do?” I hate to lose Kathy, but if this continues I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.
