Overall I had a very good experience at Hand & Stone today. Vivian was there to warmly greet me when I arrived and quickly brought me to the treatment room. The lobby and treatment room were both very clean and nicely appointed, making me feel like I was in a more substantial day spa. The facial was outstanding – my first in a long time, but easily the best I’ve had. I added the hydration treatment and the scalp massage which were lovely additions. At one point, I thought to myself that I felt like I was on vacation. Of course, at the end she had some good product recommendations to help maintain my skin, suggesting different tips for the winter and summer. Checkout was a little hiccup in my great experience due to a system error, but the team (especially the manager who happened to walk in at that point) handled it professionally and gracefully, apologizing for the delay and the confusion. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I was disappointed with the massage I received. My therapist was very nice, but completely ignored my requests with regards to the area of my back that required attention and the amount of pressure they were using. This wouldn’t normally be a serious issue for me but this therapist happen to be a larger person and was using their body weight to apply pressure on my back and which made me feel as though I was being crushed. I asked the therapist to ease up a little but moments later I was uncomfortable again and at times, in pain. This massage was gifted to me for my birthday, but I probably won’t be coming back.

Everyone was friendly and the place was clean, but this was by far the worst massage of my life. I left not feeling any more relaxed than when I came in. The technique was not that of a typical deep tissue massage. I also asked for my feet to be an area of focus and the arches weren’t even touched…. Save your money and go elsewhere

My facial with Emma was the absolute best relaxing and cleaning experience. I haven’t had many facials or truthfully done much work to take care of my skin and I feel she cleaned years of dead skin and stress from me.

Would definitely be 5 stars but a few security issues. My wife went there today and spent $400 and you think the front desk person would be very professional and she WAS NOT!!! She was very rude to my wife. First off no one ever picks up the phone and when my wife checked out they said the internet was down and she proceeded to use her PERSONAL computer to check my wife out. That’s a big NO NO!!!

(March 31, 2021) Now this Hand & Stone Massage place is the bomb diggity. The place is so much bigger, the atmosphere is great here. Just how I like it when I go to the spa. Which was long overdue. I haven’t been to get a facial in over 10 years smh. My X- fiance stayed up on that & he ain’t have to. I really miss him

Got this massage as a gift from my daughter. Appointment process online was very easy and they remind you of your upcoming visit thru email and text. Being my 1st visit here, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with all my concerns. The massage room was very clean and the music and lighting made it for a relaxing feel. My massage therapist Stan was great. Swedish massage was terrific and I added the hot stone foot massage along with the scalp massage which were both awesome, but the cold stone face massage was the game changer! I highly recommend this store and I couldn’t thank my daughter enough.
