Have been coming to this Hand and Stone location for about 5.5 months now after a terrible experience at the one in Gaithersburg which is closer to my house. My experience at Hand and Stone Olney has been amazing and all of their massage therapists are great. I get massages 2-3 times a month and never had a bad experience with this location. I always leave feeling way better than when I come in. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional.

David also took the time to share recommendations and answer my questions about other proactive heath maintenance strategies. Aside from the quality of the massages, the front desk staff has been incredibly kind and helpful – clearly providing high quality customer service is a priority. What an amazing place! This was my first visit and I called first thing and Rose , the very sweet manager was able to get me in first thing for a massage AND a facial, she made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my treatments! Upon entry was greeted warmly by Egla. The spa is neat clean and well organized, also warm and welcoming. Amanda, the massage therapist was attentive , kind, caring with her skills, she suggested some very wonderful additions to increase the effectiveness

I love the services at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Olney, MD. After the first facial, I signed up for their membership. I go in about once a month and I can seriously see a difference in the condition of my skin including my skin being smoother and firmer. I trust my technician, Ninette, to provide services that will benefit me during each session. There is a good choice of facial types including NuFACE® Microcurrent Therapy and LED Skin Phototherapy, both of which I see a difference afterwards. And sliding into that warmed spa bed is a treat and very relaxing! The receptionist is friendly, informed and very helpful. I had never done a membership at a spa before but it’s so worth it.

For massages, I’ve seen David, Kenneth, and Marisol and I highly recommend each of them. I used to think I wouldn’t be comfortable with a male masseuse but I was so wrong! They do everything in their power to make sure I’m comfortable and they give fabulous massages. I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for 8+ years and I used to fear getting massages because they’d have me walking out in even more pain, but after every massage at Hand and Stone, I feel so much relief.Now on to Ninette. Ninette is my hero. She brought life back to my skin. I deal with hormonal acne due to my PCOS. Dermatologists just want to put me on antibiotics but Ninette helped me find a routine that has seriously saved my skin. She put so much time and effort into figuring out what process/facials would work best for me. She has also recommended products (never forced them on me) and I couldn’t be happier. My breakouts have decreased dramatically and even when I do breakout, they are SO minimal compared to how they used to be. I’m so sad because I recently started a full time job in Baltimore and my hours are opposite of when Ninette is available.
