The staff at Hand and Stone Massage are the absolute best! My wife and I went in, and the staff took the time to explain everything to us and listened/answered all of our questions. The massage and the facial were absolutely sensational. Once we were back in the rooms the staff answered our questions and performed the most fabulous treatments we have ever had. I apologize I don’t remember their names to give them the credit they deserve. I’ve never even had the opportunity to go. I have scheduled 3 times and each time on the day of the appointment about 2 hours before my appointment I get a call saying they have to cancel and reschedule. Being an incredibly busy business owner and mom I don’t have time to just reschedule and have to clear my day ahead of time to make these appointments. After the third time I will never give this place another try. I understand once, maybe twice, but three times and each time only 2 hours before the appointment? No thank you.
