I really struggled with writing this post because the last thing I want to do is say anything negative about a black owned business. It’s really sad because I had an issue with an appointment and called and left several messages and the manager never called me back. I found myself having to cancel my membership because I can’t patronize a business that doesn’t value their customers. A simple phone call was all I requested and was never called. The massage therapists were very nice and Tarnisha is excellent! The staff has always been pleasant and I hate that I had to cancel my membership. I wish things had been better but, I had to cancel my membership.

It was an ok experience, I was called to see if I wanted to booked due to a first time special. I quickly agreed because I was having a stressful week and thought that this massage would help me but it was just subpar. To ask if I wanted aromatherapy (which helps you to relax) and then say that there will be a charge was ridiculous and then in my paperwork that I filled out online I asked for my therapist to wear a mask and that never happened. Overall I’ve had much better experiences for the price that they are asking for going forward. So I will continue to drive further out of the area for my massages as I’ve been doing or call my in-house person who charges close to the same price but gives all the things that they are adding additional cost for.

Left with a few products, def will be back and most likely will sign up to be a monthly member so I can receive the discounted rate on my monthly facial. Absolutely terrible! I’ve had a membership with this company for over a year & for the past few months my credit card has been double charged. I’ve been told oh the manager up and quit. The owner comes in when they feel like it apparently which is very alarming considering the fact you have no manager at this location. Further more I get a call today when my appointment was scheduled for next week that my massage therapist no longer works there and now have to get bumped into January. This place use to be very good but not now I wouldn’t recommend.
