This place made me feel like a goddess! Went here for the very first time. I also had my mother in law with me. I got a facial and some waxing. She got a facial and a massage. We both walked out of there looking so refreshed and relaxed. We had dinner that night but we both felt we no longer needed makeup because the facial made us feel and look so renewed. Seriously this place is great from start to finish. Everyone was nice. Place was clean. Prices were reasonable. They had great products to buy that were also reasonably priced. They give you customized suggestions for products. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things.

By far the best massage I ever had. This place is far superior to Massage Envy. Rich listened when I said I was having trouble with back and went the extra mile and performed some stretches to help. I also thought it was interesting that they actually put a “stone” in your “hand!” Fancy that. Only thing is, I thought I was going to get some stones on my back. Oh well, maybe we ran out of time because he was tending to the more important things. The front desk staff were nice, informative and empathetic about my bad mattress issues. I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I visited this located for a 1 hr couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My wife had purchased 2 gift cards last year and we wanted to take advantage of them. The massage experience itself was very satisfying and relaxing. The customer service was good as well except for the communication over the phone when I made the appointment. I notified them before hand that I planned to use 2 gift cards and wanted to know how much I would need to pay afterwards. Over the phone I was told the left over balance would be $20. Great, right? Not exactly. After the massage was completed, I was informed my balance was $120. The person over the phone gave us the wrong information. The gift cards were for $50 each. A 1hr massage session is $60 per person. A couples massage is $110 per person. The person over the phone calculated us having a 1hr massage for each one and would apply the gift cards, leaving a $10 balance for each. However being it was a couples massage, the price changes. So the main difference is we are both in the same room while getting a massage instead of going into individual rooms? That justifies charging an extra $60 each? The place is nice but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Between membership fees and upgrades you’ll go broke.

The facials here are AMAZING, and I have been receiving facials and massage for years. All the providers are attentive and helpful. I LOVE the new Dermalinfusion service. My skin is super smooth and supple after this, I’ll keep doing that and my membership! There is also the lake and restaurant right there and so the entire visit experience is all in all, perfection!!

This place is only getting one star because apparently I have to give them something. This is by far the worst managed company I have EVER dealt with in my life – and that’s saying something. I purchased a membership when was traveling in Texas because I was told there were locations all over the east coast, Reston being one of them. When I got back to VA, I booked a massage on MOTHERS DAY for myself using the credits I had. A WEEK before the appointment I was told the therapist was “sick” and they woudl need to reschedule my appointment. What? A week before the appointment they are calling to reschedule? I was frustrated because Reston is still a 30 min drive from where we live so not exactly convenient. I tried to cancel my membership and the Reston location couldn’t help me. I was told they work under a different company (even though I should’ve had access to every spa locations services) and that I would need to get it taken care of at the Euless, TX location. The Euless location was even less helpful when I called. They canceled my membership but wouldn’t do anything else to help me out (credit my account, etc) – they said it was policy that I would have to use the money towards services there. Fast forward 6 months and I actulaly have time on my calendar to drive out to Reston for a massage (yea!) I made the 40 mile trek and 5 minutes before my appt received a call from the GM stating they would need to reschedule my appt bc the therapist had hurt her hand, or something. What in the hell. The GM there could not help me or refund me for the credits I had paid for and haven’t been able to use because they apparently DONT HAVE STAFF to do the work. She directed me to the TExas location again. This place is beyond a joke and hopefully the horrific customer service and management gets discovered soon – a spa is where you go to be treated well – not the opposite!

$120 for a 50 min “massage” is a rip off. I wouldn’t say it was a massage, it felt more like someone was petting me. She never asked during the massage if the pressure was too hard or soft. I also asked if she could focus on my lower right back before the massage and that resulted in no change from the script.
