I had not had a massage in a long time . I did not tell my practitioner that I was a retired nurse and LMT . I just wanted to relax . Unfortunately I was so relaxed I forgot her name , I just lusted for more . She was great in every way , professional , pleasant , not too talkative with gentle and firm pressure as needed . I will definitely return . The atmosphere was soothing and welcoming .

My massage was with Jay. Not only was Jay professional and kind, but he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He checked in with me just enough to make sure everything was good, but also made sure I remained relaxed the entire time. He also let me know what was going on with my problem areas which I greatly appreciate. I get massages very frequently at Hand & Stone, and I have to say Jay gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
