Terrible service. The female at the front counter doesn’t care about her job and this is why the bad review. I made an appointment in person and I had a choice of a facial or massage. I chose a facial. I made the appointment left and came back. While I was waiting she was discussing to another employee how she upset another customer and “she doesn’t get paid enough for this” I got called to the back to my surprise being asked about a massage. I said I wanted a facial and she couldn’t do that service. Everyone was booked and I would have to come back another day. I travel for work and I took me three months just to get this time opened. Now mistakes happen but they made a comment “ your time is ticking so make a choice because your massage is now a half hour” I stated I would get this massage but how is my time cut short for your mistake? There is nothing they could do. She clearly doesn’t care at all about her job. The other male at the front desk is exactly the same way. He kept saying about needing to call out again. Worst service I have ever had. I don’t recommend using them at all

Terrible. The woman giving me a massage was clearly sick. Coughing throughout the massage. Breathing lovely germ filled air on my face as she wheezed and sniffled. I left more stressed than when I arrived. I was uncomfortable the entire time. I feel bad because this was an anniversary gift from my girlfriend and now its money wasted.

This location is absolutely phenomenal! The front desk is always so kind, you can tell everyone gets along and genuinely enjoys working there. I had my massage with Chelsey, and HIGHLY recommend her! I have been to the Pottstown location twice now and both times the staff has been super friendly and very attentive. I just had an 80 minute massage with Himalayan stones and it was amazing, it’s been a long time since I had such a great massage. I will definitely be booking again with Jay!
