Horrible service. How Rene is a manager of any business is amazing. My wife is a subscription client and my wife had a stroke months ago. She is unable to go and I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel the membership. Calling nothing, stopped by and the manager(Rene) will get back to me. Nothing. DO NOT GO HERE. They ignore you. They DO NOT CARE. This is independently owned, so do not judge other frsnchises, just stay away from this one.

Was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 10am. Got about 6 reminders that I needed to be there 15 minutes early to check in. Show up at 945ish. Sit patiently in the waiting area until about 10:18 finally ask the receptionist if there is an issue because my appointment was at 10 and I do have to be somewhere at noon. Was told be reception my appointment is at 10:15 . Then had to show them my multiple texts and emails that my appointment was supposed to be at 10. Finally they admitted the manager, Rene, moving my appointment but noone told me. At that point ask about rescheduling, but they said it was only going to be a few more minutes and I would be done by 11:30. At 10:37 I was still not having my appointment. This is completely unacceptable. I would be totally okay with appointments running a few minutes behind but really ? 40 minutes late and moving my appointment with asking or telling me. Also this is literally my first month with a membership. Seems like the manager took my money as a member and immediately decided they could mess around with my schedule. Who has two extra hours to sit around on Sunday morning for this. Unbelievable. They really didnt even offer fix it at all. Super disappointed. Definitely canceling my membership.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismTerrible experience. My friend and I had an appointment here today. It was my birthday. There was a snowstorm that was supposed to get progressively worse. I called to RESCHEDULE. They wanted to charge me a 50 pecercent cancel fee even though o was rescheduling. The woman was disgusting and rude and nasty. Finally she agreed to reschedule our massages with her amateur masseuse and not charge us. Do not go here or book here. Terrible!I saw your policy! The weather was terrible but you were nasty! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was a member here for years! I used to have a monthly membership but when money got right even before the pandemic they talked to me about a bi monthly plan, and I loved my massage therapist. After he left it seems like a revolving door this past year or so of massage therapists that all complain how horrible it is working there while talking your ear off during the massage. I called a few months ago to cancel my membership but again they talked to me about putting my membership on “hold.” I agreed and thought about staying. I called today because I noticed the last few months they started charging me monthly. The receptionist was RUDE and argued with me almost the whole time! I told them to cancel my membership and she kept arguing with me!!! This place has turned into a horrible place. I wouldn’t send anyone I care about here!!! The massages are poor quality and obviously their customer service for someone who had a membership for years is awful. Save your money and go somewhere else.*Update: 2 weeks later and still no response from their manager or anyone about cancelling my membership. I have now called 3 times and went in person. Read the one star reviews and you will see a pattern here. I was a monthly member for years at two different locations and the management at the Oaks location is appalling ! How she is still representing corporate after all these terrible comments baffles me. I had a monthly membership and had accumulated several months of services. I decided to cancel my monthly membership until I caught up with my pre paid services. With COVID surges and life, it was harder these last few years to get in monthly for a massage. I had three massages left and scheduled online for a Massage. Upon arriving, I was greeted with the news that I had to pay full price. I asked why and was immediately greeted by the manager. Attitude right out of the gate! She has terrible customer service skills. She reported that my prepaid services had expired by 2 days and that I was no longer a member and had to pay full price for the massage. I calmly asked why I wasn’t informed, whether online booking or a call from her. I had scheduled the appointment three weeks earlier and if someone called me, I certainly could have used the packages before they expired. She said she didn’t have time. She was so rude and talked over me. She was belligerent. At this point my name was called for services and the manager said I could not go back until I signed a arbitration agreement. What??? I already paid! I asked the manager to print out the form that she was asking me to sign so that I could read the document. She was bothered that I wanted to read this legally binding agreement. She initially printed in on the credit card paper which was like a toilet paper roll reading document. Then she wanted me to sign on the electronic signature pad after scrolling through the entire document to the signature spot. I told her I needed to read the document before signing anything. She offered me the member price for the services but only if I signed the arbitration agreement. She went to the office, at this point it was 20 minutes after my appointment and I was so frustrated it was hard to relax. I left the place disappointed, frustrated and anything but relaxed! This was three weeks ago. I didn’t want to write a review until my frustration passed.

I was first told that if I wanted to use the “points” I had accumulated that I needed to schedule my last appointment first. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy a membership! They “lost” four of my packages, they double charged me for massages, my wife bought $15 lotion and they used a $70 massage package to pay for it. I cancelled my membership three months ago and they are still charging me for massages. Now, Renee, the Manager, is dodging my call. I HATE leaving bad reviews, but this place does not deserve your business!!!
