The worst experience. Was told the gift card I was gifted was used, stood there for 20+ mins while they tried to up sell me to become a member. Ended up paying with my card so I could leave. Was charged twice and still have no resolve. Called the desk and the person working said I can call back later to try to speak with someone that can help me. Spoke with my mother who gifted me the gift card and she was charged for the gift card so we have been triple charged for the massage. Never going to another hand and stone again.

As a first time client I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. The staff at the Blue Bell PA location is excellent. Shout out to the girls at the reception desk. Particularly to Shelby who called me with a follow up and solution to a gift card issue we had which is no longer an issue.

My favorite place to be! The spa had a complete makeover and looks beautiful. The Blue Bell location stands out from the rest for so many reasons, one being that they actually care and show it. The girls at the front are incredible, specifically the manager Laura, Shelby, and Tianna go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Between my facials and massage services, I’ve never felt better about myself. Thank you, Blue Bell! Keep up the outstanding work!

I had a facial at the Blue Bell Hand and Stone. The face mask felt nice and the treatment included a brief shoulder massage. While it’s not the best facial I’ve had, it’s still decent and Hand and Stone provides a very relaxing environment.
