I had an incredible massage by James. He started out by putting me in a ‘zero-gravity’ seated position. When he laid the table flat, it felt like I was in a declined position. It was really cool. My overall feeling and mood improved after the massage. Definitely recommend.

I came for a prenatal massage with a friend’s recommendation. The front desk was confused about how to charge me on a gift card and let me wait 20min before figuring out that I need to pay $10. She was initially asking me to pay extra $50 on top of the $70 gift card. No apologies for keeping me waiting. Massage therapist was super nice, I would prefer a firm pressure though.

Critical: QualityThe front desk was very courteous. I’ve had many massages from hand and stone and this is the 1st time I tried this location. The therapist asked me did I have any trouble spots or was I just looking to relax. I said relax. The therapist I had was not the most gentle person to give me a massage. She was actually kind of rough. She would pull my arms out of the sheet kind of aggressively and it seemed like she was rushing through the massage. My appointment was at 3:15 and I was back in my car by 4:05pm and that included me getting taken back to the room, changed, dressed and checking out at the front desk. When I got back in my car, I had lines across my face from the massage table. It seemed like she was phoning it in, and wanted to be elsewhere. Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I was so excited to use a gift card I had gotten for my birthday and I was very upset with the service I was provided. I put on my pw that I’d prefer the masseuse wear a mask during the session, however he took his mask off while doing the massage! And he was coughing the entire time, I was so uncomfortable. The massage its self felt like one of those message chairs you sit in at the nail salon. I’ve gotten several massages before and I don’t think anyone has ever use their knuckles as a technique. I felt like the masseuse had no idea what he was doing and he was just winging it. I told him my problem area beforehand and he paid no attention to that area at all. I had to ask him to go back and massage my shoulders. The one star that I have to give goes to the front desk person because she was polite and welcoming. I’m still upset that I used a bday for that type of service, never again! I feel like I left more stress than I was when I came in.

Shawn was INCREDIBLE! I had booked an appointment for 10am and I got a call saying that my appointment needed to be cancelled due to the masseuse not feeling well (no biggie). There was an opening at 3 that I took and boy was I happy that it all worked out! Shawn was incredibly kind, payed attention to the areas I described as problem areas, made me feel very comfortable, had great pressure and checked in to make sure the pressure was still okay. He focused on the massage and not on having a conversation (my fav) and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything (even a bigger fav of mine). Not only that but his actual knowledge of the body surely showed in his technique. I have not felt this relaxed in so long! I typically prefer having a female masseuse but…. Shawn is now going to be my go to! Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Thank you again Shawn!
