I called this place to book a 1 hr. massage and TOLD them I had a 50$ gift card!! asked if it would cover the hr and I was told YES!!!! I then told them happily to add an extra 1/2 hr. on my massage and was told it would cost me 30$!! I confirmed the price twice on the phone before hanging up. I then went to my 90minute appt. and after asking for an extreme experienced massage therapist I had someone that had only been there a short time, need I say more on that. I went to pay my 30$ etc and the desk girl tells me 89.95$!!! She said my gift card that my daughter paid obviously 50$ for only was worth 1$ and I owed the rest and I was given incorrect info on the phone and that was not her problem. This place is a total rip off and I was worn about people having similar experiences, I would think seriously about booking with them!!!

Brenda is wonderful for facials…5 stars for her!! Front desk staff is nice. For massages, every time I seem to find someone I like they leave. Its hard getting to use my monthly massages when availability is limited.

I have been coming here since 2018 to see Kaeleigh for facials. She is the best! Very thorough helpful and genuinely cares about my concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable too. I am so happy to have found her. She never disappoints. I also like the assistant manager Adrianna. She is always welcoming helpful with account questions. She is an asset to Hand and Stone.

I have had some massages and facials that I have loved. Some that have left a lot to be desired. It is clean and the staff is friendly but the service can be inconsistent. I find the subscription to be somewhat frustrating. I realized too late that if you get an 80 minute service, they use two 50 minute packages (totalling $69 each). And if they upgrade a 50 minute package with a $20 upgrade (like hot stones), they will also use another full package which totals an additional $69. Request to pay the difference instead of using packages for upgrades.

My first time at the KS location. Receptionist was very nice. My therapist Steph was very nice and professional. Excellent massage. This location stays busy and books well in advance but I would definitely recommend this location and Steph.

This was my first experience at Hand & Stone Kennett Square. It is a well kept establishment; clean, quiet and an overall very relaxing environment. My therapist was knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my 50 minute long deep tissue massage. My only complaint is that at this price point, they make sure that you receive your full massage time in its entirety. We started 8 mintues late (although I had arrived early) and ended 5 minutes early, so that was a bit of a bummer. I was the last massage of the night, so not sure if that played a role.

Made the decision earlier this year that, at 53, I needed make more of an effort at skin care. Started getting facials with Brenda at the Kennett Hand&Stone. My skin now looks and feels amazing! Brenda is an experienced professional, pleasant to talk with, and very good at explaining how I can better take care of my skin. The products available at the counter are great quality. Coupled with Brenda’s advice, I’m on the path to smooth, healthy, great looking skin.
