I never leave reviews but a week later I’m still loving the results of my facial and I’m blown away with how calm my skin looks. Anna was amazing, she asked about allergies, listened to my concerns and asked about my skin care routine and products. She explained the state of my skin and how the products I used were stripping my skin and damaging the barrier and that was causing all my redness and inflammation. She spent extra time clearing my pores and recommended products to introduce into my routine so that I didn’t waste what I already had but can still give my skin what it’s been needing. She has such a calming and kind presence and the whole experience was very relaxing. My appointment was late in the evening so I was definitely ready to jump right into bed when I got home.

The facial itself was good however I felt that the experience was not. The esthetician was super friendly but she was very talkative so it wasn’t very relaxing. The facial only lasted 30 minutes when they’re supposed to last an hour. Also, during the facial and after the facial, the esthetician and the receptionist tried to oversell me and kept asking to buy packages and memberships. I wanted to have a relaxing experience and this wasn’t very relaxing. A 30 minute facial for $120 is a ripoff to be honest.

After membership was cancelled I figured I should use my remaining credit! When I booked appointment I confirmed I had one credit available! I show up for my appointment and was advised I needed a new card on file so my membership is active to use up remaining credit! I got charged another $70 dollars and now have another credit so when I go to use that I won’t be in good standing I guess because I cancelled my membership! Is there a corporate office? The number I found isn’t in service!

I am a member here and definitely take advantage of my packages. Everyone’s always great! I love Petra for my massages and Natalia for my facials. They are both very good at what they do. I just received a facial from Natalia on Tuesday and she was amazing. Very nice and very knowledgeable! My face is glowing today! I will definitely continue to see her to help my skin issues she is helping me work with.

Always have a great massage with Nicole. However, I will be canceling my membership as you always have to book super far in advance. Also, not a fan of the massage oil they use. It smells so bad, kind of like a “dirty mildew shower curtain” as my fiancé described me. Literally have to go home and shower after every massage, or else have to smell unpleasant for the rest of the day.

IF I COULD GIV ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! This place is the biggest scam of a business I’ve ever had the poor experience of being part of. I recently cancelled my membership after 3+ years due to lack of availability and financial limitations. I’ve ATTEMPTED to schedule with this location multiple times, only to have them call me the DAY OF THE SERVICE, hours before telling me that they need to cancel my appointment for what ever reason. Happened twice in 1 month and said i would never schedule at this location again. Well i got desperate because no other locations have availability either…. And i decided to give them another chance, mistakes happen right? Nope. Should have known better. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago, confirmed the night before and was reminded that if I late cancelled i would be charged a fee. I agreed and looked forward to the appointment. Only to get a phone call 3 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT for them to late cancel on me, again. I should have known better. This office is a joke, I can’t wait to be done with this business entirely. TERRIBLE SERVICE. 0/10.

I have gone to several massage establishments over the past 20 years and this one (Feasterville-Trevose on Street Road) seems to be well managed. The ladies who answer the phone and manage the reception area are always helpful, friendly, and pleasant. But really, my sole reason for going here is that this is the branch where Petra currently works and she is the BEST MASSAGE therapist, ever! I will follow her wherever she goes!

I religiously book with Jim.. he is the best at therapeutic massage. I was in a car accident 7 years ago with issues in the shoulder and low back. Jim is the only person to get me relief of the pain in either area. He’s not the guy to put you to sleep, but you won’t hurt when you leave his massage. He’s also a wealth of knowledge on healing.
