Very disappointed with my facial, I received a gift certificate and booked a facial and the serve in itself was on about 30 minutes when its supposed to be 1 hour facial. My face was left with the same blackheads as I came in. I told her to focus on that and she did not. Disappointed.

I’ve been going to different locations for years, I had a membership and ended up cancelling during covid. However, I recently went back and had a great time. My gift card was lost, and the amazing young woman Emily at the front desk assisted me. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. The other woman at the front was being rude and dismissive of me, I didn’t ask for a name but I’m glad Emily was there to help me out. She immediately saw I was nervous and helped me. I can’t wait to come in for my massage appointment ♀️. Give that girl a raise!

I decided to schedule a massage at the Langhorne location after I saw the great reviews online. The waiting room had a few repeat/regular customers when I walked in – a good sign that this location is doing something right and people keep coming back! My Massage Therapist was Connie, and she was absolutely amazing. I already scheduled another massage with her.

She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always offers the services she thinks would benefit you most without making you feel pressure to purchase them if you don’t want to. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant as well. Overall a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
